The various sized tide pools run near the cliffs. The beach is not far at all from the pools. Many things can be found in tide pools and if food is scares then these are easy catches though not often very big. The rocky area is slick and the rocks can cut flesh if not tred with care. Seaweed and slime also cover places on the rocks.

The young elf made her mind ready for what she knew she would see and smell. She carried a large pile of leaves, a net and walked in silence. What could one say knowing they were going to scoop a body out of the water. Crosscurrent had said the pool was over her head and with that she was glad Savith had offered to help. She took care over the rocks and watched for the large pool. All to soon they were standing at the pool. "Here we are." Her words were quiet and almost without emotion.

At the pool, Savith steeled himself as well. It was near midnight, well after when they would be dearly missed back at the 'hut'. "Where is he," the glider asks, equally quiet.

Letting out a deep breath she pointed to the deep pool. "He's in there Crosscurrent said." Dancer put the things down from her arms and started to lay lots of leaves over the netting. "Do you think you could get him out with your powers Savith?" She didn't want to climb into the pool but would if she had to. When she had what she thought would be enough leaves on the net she stood and looked at the glider. She took a deep breath and started to hold it for as long as she could.

Savith didn't like what he was what was going to have to do, but there was nothing else to do about it. He shook his head, hands coming up to begin unhooking his nonfunctional talonwhip. "The water's too heavy," he states, reaching up to start tugging at his uniform. "Get the travois ready, please." This is going to be sickening.

Dancer wanted to let him do it. He was taller and older. To be honest her stomach was already twisting it's self into knots. Still she wanted to be responsible and face this greatest of challenge. After letting out her held breath she stammered out. "I'll do it Savith. The favor was asked of me not you."

Savith stopped, part of one shoulder bare. He studied Dancer, knowing that she was so young, and that this would be very hard. The thought of it was unsettling to him. He couldn't imagine what it was like for her. His eyes traced over the cat elf for long moments, before he pulled his uniform back into place. He nodded and turned to prepare the nets.

The lovely little face lost color for a few moments. She felt her body shudder at his silent nod but somehow managed to nod a bit. He could see her hands tremble as she stripped down to nothing. Her stomach twisted and she gave Savith a half hearted smile. It almost said stop me won't you but before he could say a word she was slipping into the cold and unpleasant water. "Uhhh" The soft gasp followed by a hard swallow. Taking a deep breath she went under. She knew where the body was right away, her feet touched it as she submerged herself. Soon all Savith could see was feet and then nothing in the dark disgusting water. It seemed to take forever but was really just heartbeats till he saw the lifeless Wave dancer. His body was hardly the same anymore other then a torso and a tail. Facial features could no longer be made out well and the flesh was just holding on anymore. Small water scavengers scramble from eye sockets and the mouth. Dancer was able to lift him to the edge. Her eyes were closed tight not wanting any of the water to get in them as was her mouth...

Savith kept an eye on the young elfess as she made ready to get into the slime pool. Her half-hearted smile was returned with a smile of his own. But it was far warmer than Dancer's. It came with a nod, that wordless parental acknowledgment of 'You Can Do It.' He stood by the pool, once the stretcher was finished (done while Dacner undressed), and waited for her to bring up the corpse. He fought the nausea and reached out to take the body from her, pulling it up to the pool's edge, then, planting his feet, hauled it with is magic to the stretcher. He was panting when he was done, but began to wrap and tie the body into a bundle.

Once the weight of the body was out of her hands Dancer was out of the water. Turning from Savith she lost her food from the day... Her body was slime covered and disgusting. Her hair was a slime covered mess of grossness. She wiped her mouth and eyes as clean as she could and moved over by Savith to help him load the body up on Fire Bright's back.

He let Dacner take over once it came time to putting hte body on the tiger, and he took a heartbeat to scoop up her clothes. Wordlessly, he followed where she would lead, walking at the feline's side, adn keeping a hand on the bundle to keep it steady.

Again the poor thing was sick. The smell would never leave her she thought. She spat and wiped as much of it from her face as she could. No she didn't want to get on her bond like this. Her mind drifted to Savith's softly. **Thank you for your help. I could never have done it alone.** Truly she was grateful and sick at the same time. She wanted to run to the beach and dive in to clean herself. Never before in all her life had she wanted a bath as much as now.

Savith smiled faintly again, lips forming a tight line in the process. **I am impressed,** was all he returned gently, the thought seeming to lightly brush aside any need for thanks. He wanted a bath too, for some of the muck was smeared on the front of his uniform. Lucky Dancer, that she was bare and could wash well. For Savith, the stench may not fully come up out of his leathers.

Dancer wanted this task to be over with. Savith's send was heard but nothing more said. He was impressed. That made her want to smile but she just couldn't at the moment. When they got to the beach she sighed softly feeling the slime drying on her flesh. She would hop in the water once the body was on the ground and safe. Dancer knew how much it meant to Crosscurrent and hoped he would be pleased.

Savith moved at the tiger's side, letting Dancer lead the way to wherever they needed to go to leave the body. He neither spoke nor sent as they made their way.
