here you can work out and swim around in your free time. This is also were PHT will happen.
Rules:
1. Only post what you can lift in real life
2. you need a decent swimsuit
3. For Phisical fitness training, we suggest you do the stuff in real life. (i.e. i tell you to do twenty push-ups, you get off ur computer and do twenty push-ups)

Okay due to a busy schedule today Rockie here will be doing:
-40 pushups
-40 situps
-10 madeup crunches

Hello everyone. I am new to the guild, just happened to find this room while looking around. We are to post our exercise routines here, correct?

Well, here is my usual schedule...it varies some depending on how my day has been lol...
-75 push ups-
-40 sit ups-
-10 minute brisk jog-
-15 pull ups/chin ups-
-400 lbs on leg press-

Haha...I like Rib's idea much more...
