Personality: Cunning, Intelligent, Dark, Powerful. Quick description over, Chephros is a being of magic and combat. He will fight rather than speak, unless he knows you are on his side, and will do what he's ordered from his superiors without complaint, and with deadly precision. A tough enemy, he chooses power and speed in a blitzkrieg method over any long term fighting, but that's not to say he doesn't enjoy a good fight.

Custom Magics:

Elemental overload: Fires each magic in a bomb format, high damage, high area of effect, high mana cost.

'Shock'waves: Creates pulses of thunder that travel along the ground, and the ceiling if applicable, and shock anything they touch.

Frozen Protector: Creates a solid barrier of ice. To be used in combo with..

Shattering Strikes: Using any ice available, a number of spikes are made and launched at an opponent.

Barrage: As in D&D's famous Magic Missile. A number of magical projectile orbs are created, set on a target, and home in rather devastatingly.

Missile Storm: As in Barrage, but with a crapload more orbs. The orbs themselves have much less power to each one, but they are also alternately charged, so when two orbs meet, positive/negative, they explode like bombs.

Blastwave: A shockwave created and sent at a target. Pretty straight forward, pretty powerful. Has a small edge to the front end of the wave, can cut cloth/skin. Muscle/armor is too hard.

Lightning: With Thunder attacking from above and striking down, it left Chephros open, so he developed Lightning. It creates 5 bolts of lightning, moderately powered, that can either spread fire outward from his hand, or focus on a single point. They fly pretty damn fast too.

Pyroclasm: Using Firaga's low mana cost, but heavy firepower, Chephros modified a very of the spell to cast it many, many times at once. The effect is Pyroclasm. Draining all of his mana at once, or a select portion of it, Pyroclasm will turn that mana into a gigantic magical explosion, aimed wherever.

Freeze B*$#@: With his defensive spell Frozen Protector, Chephros ups the mana output and increases it's area. However, the spell now becomes offensive. Aimed at an area, it will create a layer of expanding ice, going over whatever it touches. This spell can be cast through his staff too, to freeze anything the staff is touching and past that, effectively disarming someone, or freezing them solid if they don't let go of their weapon.

Pulse Defen(c/s)e: Using the blastwave spell, Chephros creates an absolute defense. A small globe of gray forms around him and anything that attempts to get near him is blasted away with a blast/pulse of pure force. The spell constantly drains mana, but it is impossible to reach him with physical force this way.

Blank Charge: A simple spell, Chephros coats his keystaff in a layer of mana, making it glow one of three distinct colors. Red, Blue, or Black. Each represents a spell. On contact with anything and a mental will, so it doesn't discharge on the ground or some random object, the spell will activate. Those that can be used are Firaga, red, Blizaga, blue, or Blastwave, black.

Spacial Distortion: A modification of the Gravity magics and Reflega, Spacial Distortion causes an area to pull harder on an opponent. It effectively makes everything about them heavier, but adds a helpful effect to Chephros' own. It will make his body lighter while moving, but make his arms heavier on downward blows, and keep him still when under heavy attack.

Catch and Release: This spell uses Chephros' mana and makes a 'net' of sorts that will trap and magic incoming, or any physical or magical ability and simply end it, releasing it as pure energy in a minor explosion where it was initially caught. This however, can take several moments, anywhere from two seconds, to a minute.

Abilities:

Overdrive: By draining drive power, mana can be made temporarily infinite. Once this is over however, all mana is drained in recoil.

MP recharge: Mana is very rapidly recharged.

Pain to Power: Attacks that hit Chephros will fuel MP.

Dualcast: Using twice as much mana, certain spells that are aimed with one hand can now be cast in both at the same time. ((Fire, Blizzard, Elemental Overload, Barrage, Missile storm)

Staff-Cast: Chephros keeps his staff charged with magical energy, enough to cast any single spell he knows. Instead of using his own mana, he can have his staff instantly cast any spell whenever he wants. This works once, then it will drain his mana to be able to cast again. This can work in conjunction with Dualcast, but will add a fourth drain to his magic as well to do so.

Complete Dark: When one's entire being, heart, body, and soul, are all Blackened by the primordial force of darkness, they gain the ability to wield it through their bodies without further damage, as they are already a master of it. Chephros can call darkness out of himself and have it cling about him like a fog. From that fog, he can do a number of things.

Shadow's Fury: With the Complete Dark, Chephros can release the fog as a number of rapid 'slashes' as if a phantom blade was attacking from everywhere and nowhere. The slashes will appear at random, precursored by small black lines through the air along the path of the slash.

Ball of Fun: With Complete Dark's fog, Chephros can create a small bomb of darkness and energy, and send it wherever he wants like a Fire spell. The explosion is high powered and do equal damage to a target as to the area around it.

Shadow Assassin: Shadow Assassin depends on three layers of Complete Dark to have been pulled out. It will create a carbon copy of Chephros, minus his magic, to fight with all of his skill with whatever weapon(s) he currently possesses. The Shadow Assassin can also count as a party member should one not be available, and count towards Summons, Drives, and Combo/Trinity attacks.

Deadly Weave: Combo attack with the Shadow Assassin. The Assassin will seem to 'absorb' Chephros and effectively make him invisible to the human eye. A number of patches of Complete Dark's fog will appear, four to six, and each one effectively becomes a portal for the pair. They will attack together, both weapons at once, and disappear into the Weave again. ((Five attack max))

Blitz Drive: Shadow Assassin drive with Chephros. The two merge into a being with the skin of a Shadow, but the features of the man. In this form, Chephros has effectively drived with his own power, and thus loses his own power. His magic is locked to him from this form. However, his speed and physical force increase a near equal amount to compensate.

Summons: Chephros has the ability to summon Ifrit, a beastial fire demon, Diablos, a dragon demon from hell, and Odin, the god of death. Fang/Wing/Sword as summoning items.
History/Bio: His life is relatively straightforward. He was born on the Arius Islands and trained there with his family in the arts of magic until they figured out his disposition for combat and the deadly arts. They scolded him until he finally dueled an older mage and killed him. At that point, recognizing his potential power, they cast him out. They said he was horrible with magic and only by a disasterous miscast had be actually managed to win the duel. It got to him, he started his practicing over.

Found by the Dark Sage, he was trained again, and was given a Keystaff to wield. He aims to supplement this staff with an actual Keyblade later, and then combine the magical aspects of the staff with the combat abilities of the blade, and become a rather strong warrior for the Sage's side, whichever that may be.
