Hi everyone, well my Psychotherapist suggested I up my nightly dose of Risperidone and now I did by just .5mg and today my right hand won't stop twitching, it's annoying me but there's nothing I can do about it.
I won't be taking that extra .5mg tonight...I'll just stick with 2mg and remember this....I suppose it could go away or it could get worse...I don't want to see worse. The idea was to help me sleep better, but it really didn't do that so I think I'll just pass on the upgrade.
It's amazing what .5mg more can do...I hate meds side-effects, start up effects, withdrawl effects...it's a wonder drugs do any good at all...but they do at the right dose so until we get there we're left coping with these things...
Ain't that just grand?
Oh well could be worse, like a facial twitch...I'll chalk this up to live and learn!
