Cosplays are allowed in this shop- whether it's "dressing room" (character suddenly transported here and wondering WTF is going on, and what happened to them) or Alternate Universe (grew up here), they have to be steampunk'd.
That means you have to take some liberties with their character design, and even their character if you so wish it. For your convince, there will be some examples below. I would encourage making them your own though- regular cosplays are predictable, and frankly- rather boring (to me at least). Here's your chance to punkify them, so have at it!
+ Shotty!
Since cosplays can only be done once per character, there is a maximum 3 cosplay rule, per person. That said, to prevent a character from being made at the same time, we have a shotty rule.
In this thread, you can shotty a character for up to a week. Simply post with who you're doing and you have a week to get it done, anyone who posts the same character in that time will not have their pet counted unless the end of the week comes by and you still have no submission.

From the very minute it was called. A minute after the week period the character can be shottyed by someone else- though this could be the user who shottyed it last time.
