Could someone please draw my RPC?

Hi, I'm looking for someone to draw my rpc character for me. So if your intersted there will be descriptions of him and so such lower. I do tip (If I have money, otherwise I'll tip later) and I give all credits deserved as well as promote.

Well this is the place to look if your interseted in drawing me a rpc (Role-Playing Character)

Name: Sai Orasakai
Age: 18

Bio: Sai Orasakai grew up within the village Kirigakure as the son of a village fisherman and his wife, never actually knowing that they weren't his actual parents. They had told him that they had found him in the streets near a burned down house of a witch and wizard that had been killed several months before hand.

Sai's real parents had been killed by a mob of villagers when they turned on all people who had strange abilities, this being the time after the great war. Sai's parents had been on there way home when they were attacked and defeated, they're bodies hung and burned in the center of the village. At the time Sai had been safely within the family's home. After the parents had been killed the villagers went to there home and raided it before burning it down, but one of the villagers that had dissaproved of the attack had sunk in into the house with them and took the baby Sai away from the house before the villagers found him.

A few months later though the lady who had originally saved him began to lose her mind to the stress of taking care of him. She was quickly losing all of her possesions as she had to pawn them to come up with the money to take care of him and eventually she was on the streets with nothing to her name. Scared and confussed she turned to her friends to help her out and told them the story of how she got in the sitituation thinking she could trust them. But they were afraid of the child and even more of the rage of the villagers if they had found out that they were housing it. So one night while the lady and the child was asleep they snuck out and told the villagers of the beast that lived in there house. Immediately the villagers killed the woman as they gathered a mob and raided the house and burned everything insided of it, including the lady that had saved the child. But the child himself was no where to be found...
Weapons: Miniature Spheres of Energy
Other Weapons: Kunai/Bo Staff/Black and Silver Katana
Extra Descriptions: Sai loves to lay about relaxing under trees, sometimes even reading books of poetry or adventure novels. Also at times he can be found at the library or various resturants.

(Although this is my RP Character don't be afraid to put your own spin on how he looks, and thank you again for drawing for me!)
