The title says it all.
Honestly, I'm a little conflicted about this guild. Very few people that request to join actually post anything.
A guild is text based, no matter what its about. So what happens when people don't post? The guild dies.
I do thank the few of you who come here and post frequently (LovelyMistressAurora, arr matey, Marie Bloodrose) but less than 5 people does not a guild make.
I understand how awesome it is just to be in a guild about stuff you like, and that even satisfies most people.. But that just doesn't do it for me. I want more! I want to talk about the things I love with real people and have interesting conversations. Don't you all?
But I'm not here to guilt-trip you into posting. I just hope we can come to some idea of what this guild is really about.
Is it just there to look pretty?
Or is it more than that?

I come here eeeeverrrry daaaaay.
...Okay, that's not true, I'm not even online everyday. But every time I get online, I come here. For serious. Because it's wicked awesome.
I think we need missions. Hunting for information on specific things or art or what have you - things that people can go out and come back and report about and discuss.
Maybe some frequent contests? Fics, art, comics, videos? Prizes shouldn't even be an issue. Do it for the GLORY
But i agree with you. I have no one irl to talk to about this and it's nice to find people who are serious about discussion. Viva la guild!

arr_matey I come here eeeeverrrry daaaaay. ...Okay, that's not true, I'm not even online everyday. But every time I get online, I come here. For serious. Because it's wicked awesome. I think we need missions. Hunting for information on specific things or art or what have you - things that people can go out and come back and report about and discuss. Maybe some frequent contests? Fics, art, comics, videos? Prizes shouldn't even be an issue. Do it for the GLORY But i agree with you. I have no one irl to talk to about this and it's nice to find people who are serious about discussion. Viva la guild! Thanks! crying I've really poured my heart and soul into this guild.. Viva la guild! wow, i kinda have to agree with arr_matey. the guild is good and all, but it needs like, fun events, like searching for something, or a race in towns/rally. you know, stuff like that. Unlike what Arr said, i think prizes would be fine, but not big ones(still make them nice) because in case the guild needs money, then the members will HAVE to donate to enjoy the guild services. it's not necessarily a bad idea to put prizes, but i suggest doing it CAREFULLY. also, i also TRY to get on the guild whenever i log on. i don't always do, but i usually will whenever i log on for the first time,second,(sometimes third) time in the day.

You have no idea. 2) Gold can't be taken out of the guild. The only thing you can do with it is create subforums. Which brings me to my next point.. 3) The prize for any contest/event held will come directly out of that person's pocket. You want to make a contest? Go all for it! But you'll have to pay for it yourself. Them's the facts.

Ahem..... um, just to let all's you's know.... I don't necessarily apply to this subject. Yes I may be a guild member (high ranked at that, not to brag though) But, I am mostly just back-up. Like, if Chibi Tonsei is going to be away for a long period of time, I take over temporarily, and just, keep things controlled...
