As this is a new sub-forum dealing with something this guild hasn't really done before, the following rules are subject to change.

1. Any member may post a contest.
2. The contest holder may or may not award prizes.
3. Prizes offered must fall within the Gaia TOS. I'm not having this guild shut down because of somebody breaking the rules.
4. Contests may be privately judged by the contest holder, a panel of guild members chosen by the contest holder, or be open to a public vote by adding a poll to the thread.
5. Contests requiring pictures (which I guess will be most of them) should display them so that the web page does not become stretched. Don't post massive pictures just because you can. Try to keep them a reasonable size. If you must show a large picture then link to it instead with a thumbnail or text link.
