Anybody else watch it? In fact, is anyone here in drum corps? That'd be cool. I'm glad Glassmen made it to finals, I might try for them after I graduate.... maybe...
Anyway, I was just wondering if anybody else loves watching them sweet guards.

I can't believe I forgot to watch... crying
And I made weapon with Spirit, but didn't do it for various complicated reasons.
I know a drummer for Phantom Regiment, too.

I wanted to watch it but we have ghetto cable and don't get ESPN2... I was very sad when I went to watch it and found this out crying

my band director and coach recorded it for us! i saw the first three bands, but not the whole 2 hours yet. PHANTOM REGIMENT WAS TRES AWESOME!

I saw the DCI thing that was playing at select theatres. It was rockin' awesome.

I got a chance to see the DCI Div I finals...personally, it was alright, but they made it into more of a "woo! sports show", when all I wanted to see were the Div. I corps performances!! stressed ah well, I did get to see them live during finals week whee
I spent this summer marching in a drum corps...it wasn't as big as a Div. I, but we were world champions for Division III! Raiders was the name of the corps, if any of you are interested. We're currently looking to expand our size next year to be a Div. II, so the more the merrier!!
If you think you're not good enough to get into the big leagues, start out in a smaller corps and slowly work your way up. I made a lot of meaningful friendships and also get extremely stronger on rifle and flag this summer, and I can't wait to do it again next summer. Oh my god!!!! It's on again like tomorrow and I am bugging everyone in my house trying to find out how to tape it!! (I have rehearsal that night!) Maybe the band director will let us watch it in the band room... Man it would be awesome to be in a drum corps...

Yeah it was awesome. (sorry for the latefulness) But yeah they didn't show the whole entire thing I was mad. But its kewl because if you go here Madison Scouts This person has the whole Madison Scouts 2005 production The Carmen Project!

I didn't like where they didn't show the whole show. They just showed a little of it and it made me mad!

I know a bunch of people in Drum Corps,(Minnesota Brass Inc., Madison Scouts, etc) and I was asked to join Brass already, but I think I'm just a little too young for it right now.
2 years ago, our whole band went and watched finals in a movie theatre, and last year, I went to the same theatre with a bunch of grad-outs, because there was band rehearsal that night, and the guard had rehearsal in the morning that day.
My friend said she might bring me to Madison this year. It's still a maybe, but I hope she does.
What a life experiance.

I went and saw DCI live in Pasedena so I got to see them all with the full shows. Thats why I dont like the ESPN2 version of it xD
