Step 1: Buy ink. Only buy if the price is less than 40g. Any color except pink and purple will do, brown is usually the cheapest.
Step 2: Turn the ink into tattoos. Be sure to get the small tattoos, don't spend more than 10g on each.
Step 3: Sell tattoos to an NPC shop for 50g each. 50 - ( 10 + what you paid for the ink) = profit!
