You
MAY enter more than one banner. Cool, right? Make as many as you want! But-
You may
NOT both enter
and judge. Sorry. That means mods must choose between entering and judging this contest. It may seem unfair, but think about it: Even if you
don't vote for yourself, if everyone else did and you won, other people might mistakenly think there was cheating afoot.
You
MAY work collaboratively as a team on one or more banner or banners.
If you work as a team, however, you will
share the prize gold. You can request we split it a certain way, otherwise we will split it 50/50 for you.
You
MAY have words on the banner, but follow Gaia's rules about language and stuff. Whatever.
You
MUST have the name of the guild on the banner! This is important! We're trying to advertise the guild, so this is a big
MUST!
You may
NOT insult other people's banners! Not cool!
You may
NOT complain if you do not win! We're not made of gold, here! Not everyone can win! We're doing the best we can, and the prize gold comes out of our pockets, so come on! That being said,
You
MAY contribute to the prizes. Just send a trade to genjiix or myself and label it
"Banner Contest Donation" and we'll put your name on the prize donor list.
Note: Donating will not increase your chances of winning. Only making a totally cool banner will.
If you win, you
MUST accept the trade within
TWO(2) WEEKS! But you would do that anyway, right? 'Cause you want the prize, right?
