Heartless make use of the "corridors of darkness", inter-dimensional pathways that connect the many worlds. These pathways are located in the Realm of Darkness, and thus are very dangerous to use if one is not accustomed to the darkness.
Nobodies can travel through and use these corridors as well, except not as efficiently as Heartless and those with a dark affinity such as the denizens of darkness. They can reopen these dark portals that the heartless have left behind without fear of their heart being consumed because they do not have one.
Others with wholesome hearts including those aligned with the light cannot use these dark portals because it eats away at their hearts. Even nobodies and those who return to the light from the darkness cannot use these portals once their hearts are wholesome. Therefore only nobodies, denizens of darkness, and Heartless can use these.

Corridors of Light are the opposite right? Because I have created a character that can create Corridors of Light! One Example of a Corridor of Light was that door to the light that help Sora and Riku get home at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2
