so this is something you need to know even before you start counting cards, it is knowing when to hit, stand, double, split, or in some places surrender. First only ever double when you have 11, or 10, except in certain cases but im not getting into that right now. Second when the dealer shows a 7 or higher hit until you get to at least 17. Third if you have anything lower than 17 but higher than 11 and the dealer is showing a card lower than 7 stand. Fourth always split when you have a pair that does not equal anything greater than 18 other than 10. Surrendering is only allowed at some places and means you get some of your money back for giving up only do this if you have something between a 11 and 17 and their has not been alot of high cards up already.

no a losing or winning streak shouldnt affect your bids the card count should but if you are not card counting just keep the same bid
