 Wether it's a boss or just a normal monster which is the worst or the most annoying?
For me I would have to say the ******** madusa heads. I hate thoes, especially thoes yellow ones UGH they make me want to kill someone...mainly them but thats beside the point.
As for bosses I hate puppet master on dawn of sorrow and Death on PoR. Hate hate hate them! -Kefka- It's rough and masculine. Possibly sweaty.

I know what yer talking about but my most detested things are the flea men. Especially in the original games! I don't mind the medusa heads as much cuz you can avoid their flight patterns most of the times. Especially if yer not on a ledge or alike. I hated the first one cuz the stage just before Death, there were axe armors AND medusa heads so it was almost impossible to get past them (at least for me it was). And when I finally did, my crossarang was replaced with a lousy dagger. That pissed me off so much, I vowed never to touch that game again! stressed
Come to think of it, there isn't a boss monster I truly hate. At least that I can think of right now anyway... sweatdrop

Mermen and Medusa heads. GRRRR. I found the final battle in PoR Quite annoying as well....

You know what was truly annoying for me? The replacement of the medusa heads on CV 3 Dracula's Curse. Hasn't anyone noticed that when you beat the game, you get to see creepy skull floating things instead of medusa heads there? They also have erratic flight patterns and it makes them very tough to dodge.

Fleamen. Definitely, undeniably and ultimately. I simply cannot stand those irritating little jumping psychos! All they do is jump about and smack into you before you can so much as pull out your whip, and then you get smacked a good several time as the little b*****d continuously leaps with positive joy into your poor pixilated face. What did I ever do to them? scream

Harpies. I don't know why, but there's something about them that I've always hated. Maybe it's the constant ownage I endure by their, uh...wing, or perhaps it's coupled with my loathing for succubi and their damnable toplessness (an excuse for porn!) but whatever the case, I've always loathed them. They're right up there with the fleamen and medusas.

I don't so much mind the harpies. They're bearable. As far as bosses are concerned I absolutely cannot bear Shadow from HoD. I don't know why entirely, but something about the blasted thing just drives me mad.

Ha-ha! Oregano Samurai sure cracks me up. An excuse for porn, that's a good one! Unless she's very serious about it, in which case, maybe I should apologize... sweatdrop
Anywho, Harpies can be annoying but not as much as those birds who drop off fleamen. Is there anything more annoying than those things?
Come to think of it, a lot of the bosses in Harmony were annoying for me. 3nodding

For now at least, I'd have to say the most annoying monster I've come across so far are the Skeleton Riders that show up during the latter portions of CoD; the ones that spin around a lot and leave very small openings to move in and attack... Of course, they might not be nearly as annoying if three or four didn't often gang up on you. -_-;

Cuz those things were fast and almost impossible to steal from. 3nodding Nope, I remember the Assassin Zombies, and what I'm thinking of was a lot more annoying. It could be that I've got the name wrong, but whatever they are they definitely showed up en masse in the gunnery chair area at Aiolon Ruins, they seemed to be skeletons riding atop dragons (possibly skeletal as well), and they attacked by spinning around a lot and tossing Hector about like he was nothing.

Flea men and those little floating glowing heads. The Flea men are just plain annoying, they come out of nowhere and their's like a bizillion of them at a time. And for some odd reason I keep thinking that floating glowing heads are potions but that's my own stupidity. lol They also won't stop chomping at me.

Oh yeah! Thanks for the clarification Elliot! I was confused for a moment cuz I have no way of playing CoD anymore. Yes, the ones riding the dragons are annoying as heck. I found myself using the "evade" thing a lot when they charged.
Floating heads are potions? I'm not sure which floating heads you mean D-mistress... sweatdrop

...oh, do you mean the spirits from LoI and CoD, D-Mistress? The floating animal skulls that come along, take a huge chunk out of you with their teeth and then leave you feeling considerably annoyed? (pardon me if I have it wrong sweatdrop )
I just thought of another; the Brain Float from CotM. What a pain. Stupid little brain with an eye and a nerve that shoots you (?) if you stand too close. Not to mention having to freeze them! It took me forever to get anywhere, and then I discovered that once you fight Carmilla you don't need to freeze them anyway! scream
