You guys may or may not like this, but I feel that these suggestions will help wit running this guild and improing it in all ways.
Here's some things I feel should be fixed:
.This guild has very little organization. With vague topics like "music" if/when a lot of people join this guild topics so vague will be filled at great lengths not join with worth while comments but also with garbage and post that could simpl go elsewhere, like in different topics. To fix this, simply be less vague, and have each topic about one simple subject, in this guild's case, make seperate topics just about bands/artist or simply songs or videos that you liked. That way you'll never have to worry about having one crazy long, cluttered topic.
.There's five moderators running this guild but there's very little happening. More over I got a PM telling me that I got a response on a topic. Come on, guys, if you want people to be active here, be active yourselves. There's a lot of you, you all, or even one of you can go around Towns, Rally, Fishing, etc. and talk to people about the guild, and invite some people, which would obviously improve how much is going on in here. Along with that you can always help the guild by adding new topic periodically and even talk to captains of other guilds for suggestions, some will even happily do a link exchange just to improve traffic. It also helps to add contest as well just to reward those who have taken a liking to the guild.
I'll probably come up with more later. But please, consider what I've typed here, and from there do with you can to improve this guild.

Thank you for your suggestion and I already have a guy searching for new people but hes not very active in the guild. Also would you like to be the orginser of this guild because im not good at organizing.

I could do that for you if needed, but I also have my guild to work on as well.
Which reminds me, I mentioned a link exchange above, I can probably help you get that started with my guild as well, that way when my guild does wel, you guys get some traffic as well.

Link exchanges are pretty straight forward. I did one between my guild and yours.
Basically you advertise someone else's guild on your page, and in exchange the other guild does the same for you.

well I sugegst we make a free/post band Forum were anyoone can post a topic about a band band name will be the topic name(duh)
and this is were they can post what they liek about it talk and discuss it and even post links to the band songs etc,
this will increase the activity of teh guild emmbers and encourage them to post.
