Alright, here is the deal: when we first started this guild, not enough planning was put into the story, setting, charecters, systems, etc. As a result, we have all sorts of problems that shouldn't be happening, happening. Most of these problems have to do with the story and such, as that is where I put the least amount of planning, when I should have put the most. I am very sorry to all of you for not planning ahead enough.

Now, there are two ways this can be solved (or at least, attempted to be solved). First of all, we could just stick with the current RP, and me and BFU can try and fix the various elements that need fixing. The other option is to simply kill off this current story and start a completly new one that adresses the issues with the current one.

There are a few upsides, and a few downsides to starting a new RP. One upside is that with a new one, much more planning and thought would go into the setting and story, so that I don't end up trying to improvise the whole thing. Another good thing is that if we started a new RP, all of you would be able to be involved in choosing the setting and such for the chronicle, so hopefully it would result in something the majority of you would like.

There are a number of bad things too, however. The main problem is that starting over would create some downtime in the guild while we plan out the details for the setting and the plot and all that jazz. I can understand if you want to go right back to the RP, especially after this long period of the guilds being down. However, in the long run, it is possible that it might be better on the whole to start over, despite the downtime that would create.

I want to hear your oppinions. Please, vote in the poll, let us know what you think. If you have any other comments, questions, etc, post them here, make yourself be heard.

One last thing. Gaia has added a dice rolling feature to posts. (You can find examples in the dice test thread.) This would make it very possible to run an actual WTA game, with dice rolls and such. If we decided to change the chronicle, it would be a good time to add dice rolls in. This is just a thought, if you have anything to say about it, please, feel free to say so, but the more important issue at the moment is the issue of starting a new chronicle or not.

I'd also be cool with starting over, like JP said, there is a chance to make things better, so we should go with it. One question though: would we be able to make a new character if we wanted to? I don't really like the one I have, so I want to get rid of him. Is that something I could do?

I'm all for starting over, but that'd be because I just joined; it would give me a chance to get in on "the ground floor" so to speak. But I'll leave it to the members that have been here longer to decide.

Not a problem; I love as much variety in a game as possible. It may take me a day or two to get them all to you, though.
