Colin has the ability to control the weather... kind of. He has yet to learn of his abilities, so his powers have become manifest through his emotional state.

Colin's emotional state affects the weather in a 5 mile radius, originating from Colin. Each different emotional state triggers different weather patterns to emerge.
Joy: When Colin is happy, the weather is mild. Sun shining, not too hot, not too cold. "Perfect Day" conditions.
Anger: When Colin is angry, the weather changes to dark clouds and lightning strikes. The term "Lightning Storm" seems appropriate for the conditions as there is only the lightning, lots of it.
Sadness:When Colin is sad, the weather becomes rainy and cool, though not cold. The rain varies in degrees based on how sad Colin is. A light drizzle would be disappointment, while a steady downpour would be deep depression
Fear: When Colin is afraid, the weather turns cold. The exact weather conditions are subjugate to the existing weather conditions. Example: rain would become snow.
Multiple Emotions: People experience multiple emotions at once, when this happens to Colin the weather conditions can have unexpected effects.
Bio|
Colin didn't have what most would call a "stable upbringing." He was born in St. Louis and soon after moved to Florida so his father could continue his Masters program. A few years later his sister was born, they then moved to South Carolina and lived on a farm. His parents got divorced, and his mother soon started dating an alcoholic carpenter. They moved to Georgia for a few years and then back to South Carolina where Colin managed to finish his High School career in the same school for the last 2 years (his longest span in any one High School).
This didn't stop Colin from gaining friends, interests, and having a, relatively, normal life. He was always very adaptable, and could make the best with what he was given. He became very interested in card games (like Magic the Gathering) early in High School. He also loved his Drama classes which caused him to turn to RP games like Dungeons and Dragons, World of Darkness, and any other multitude of table top style games, to satiate his need for acting. He was also very interested in drawing and has been doing so for quite a long time. So interested in drawing is he that he carries around his sketch book, either in his backpack or in his hands, almost everywhere he goes.
His father worked at Juniata College for quite some time and Colin decided that he would give the place a try. So, after graduating from High School (and having to move back to St. Louis again), Colin went to college at Juniata. He had a rough time adjusting to college style classrooms, having thought that High School was a joke, and studying was very difficult for him. His grades, while never impressive, were none the less sufficient to allow him to continue at Juniata to this day. His primary focus at school is in Psychology, but he picked up Art as a minor almost by accident. As his Junior year began, he wondered what the hell he was going to do this semester to try and drag his GPA out of the pits.
