soooo.... i'm curious (and kinda bored, lol) what are some weird, creepy, disturbing, or funny things your neighbor does?
my neighbor is this old, wrinkly, overweight, expired, old lady and she walks her dog everyday. and in the summer when it's hot.... sometimes she'll walk her dog in just her swimsuit (which thankfully is a 1 piece and not a 2 piece), she doesn't wear pants or a shirt or anything. but it's very gross 0_o

o.O;; Oh, dear. I feel sorry for you.
[rant]Well, my neighbor holds loud, disturbing parties at the strangest hours. Every few weeks or so they hold parties at about midnight and finish at like 6am in the morning. The worst part? Well, they always have these insanly loud, screamo bands come over at their parties. So, one night I was sleeping, undisturbed, then I hear this terrifying scream coming from next door, I peer out the window and there are these maniacs screaming and banging away at drums, in the middle of the night! [/rant]

wow, that's crazy, and their party doesn't end 'till 6am... i probably would've cracked around 2am lol
has anyone in your neighborhood ever called the police on them?
