Satoshi and Shion Sweet. One pairing down. Many fans believe that this pairing is believable, since Shion has been in love with the guy for since she met him. She was pretty much in love at first sight. And Satoshi seems to have returned it in several ways. He protected her from the bikers, he seemed to be really nice to her, and he trusted her enough to leave her in care of Satoko. The question is: What do you think?

Hau.... This pairing reminds me of Penelope from The Odyssey waiting for Odysseus for 20 years with nothing to base her faith on except a promise that he would come back. But Shion's situation is even worse because the promise doesn't even come from Satoshi - it comes from others. Her devotion is so romantic.... heart

Satoshi/Shion is my 2nd fave pairing in the series. And really I can not see Shion being with anyone else, but Satoshi, after everything she scarifed just for him, it shows she is obsessively in love with this guy.
As for Satoshi? Well, we do not know for sure what his feelings towards Shion were, if he even had any. But, I do think that because he was so kind towards her and everything else that he could have probably been able to venture in a relationship, but there was to much going on with him at the time and it probably never crossed his mind. But, really, I can see them making a very good couple. If in fact they did start dating and such.
