My friend is a Christian and she's currently questioning her faith. Her parents are going to be going through a divorce soon and I'm extremely worried about how she's going to do without God. It doesn't seem like she's trying hard enough to get closer to God. I mean, she told be she texts in church and doesn't read her bible.
Should I not worry about her? Or should I?

If We Could Be Ourselves Just A Little Longer... I feel your worry- I have a half and half friend. It's quite sad since we got baptized together. Her faith was so strong, both of us were striving to be closer to God every chance we got. It seemed like nothing could stop us. Then we started highschool. I'm homeschooled, so I didn't get too much of the peer pressure, but she's in public school. Our styles changed and so did we. We were going through such rough times in our lives. We both lost friends and various other things went on. It was a time of confusion, chaos, and inner turmoil. We've done things we thought would relieve the pain and made bad choices. We started to question our faith. I've just recently woken up and am trying to mend my realtionship with God. She, on the other hand, says that she knows she needs God, but her heart doesn't want Him. She's started not caring what people say, and trying to deny her needing God even though the signs are right infront of her.
It hurt me to see her go through this before, and it still hurts now that I realize I couldn't have possibly been there for her, as I was going through the same thing. I would have seemed like such a hypocrite since I wasn't trying to be close with Him either.
So my answer... YES, you should be worried about your friend. You should be there for her and try to influence her as much as possible with your relationship with God. You should talk with her, make her think about things. But most importantly- make VERY SURE that you are in a safe position to do so, make sure that YOU are right with God before you try and do this to HER.
I said it before- My biggest regret is not being there for her sooner and trying to support her, and all because I was going through it MYSELF.

Well,Ive been in public school forever...Im also starting High school in a few weeks. Why do people do that!??! I can understand what the point is,but why? God saved us all,the least you can do is belive in him.I,myself question my faith everyday.I ask questions like"Who or what created God? Is He real? Is there really a Heaven? What will happen when the world ends?"Stuff like that.I had a freind,Emily who I met in church camp one summer. She belived in God with all her heart...or so I thought. She was like the perfect christian in camp. When I started seeing her in church, all she cared about were boys, her aperance and texting during service. I would pray for your friend, like I did mine. Hopefully shell come around.Thats my advice...sorry heart

She should question her faith and so should you put your faith to the test and challenge the Bible explore what else is out there as that is the only way to know for sure how solid your faith really is perhaps you and your friend should walk together on this one?

I think...
that you should tell here that god loves her and is there to help her..and that you will pray for her and will try and help her through it as much as you can....but will not speak of this again...
Then just let her take the course...
I mean...I used to go to church and stuf...and then I got sick of it and stopped...then eventually I MISSED IT...i missed the nice people and that loving community...and then yearned to go back...God came back to me...so don't be too worried..it happens with everyone...
But no matter what..stay strong...and just wait for the day when she will call you back when she'd want God back in her life....so keep loving your friend and show her how great life is.

Lalalalalalaa! ♪ This might seem a little off subject, but I think I know how I can relate it to your situation is a second, Unfading_Beauty.
It really does make me sad to hear that people go to church but are still uncertain about God. And at the same time it makes me want to SCREAM!! (Don't get offended if a go crazy for just a second here) ONE: DOUBT is a DEMON. (Here I go with my scattered capitalizations…) That's right! A DEMON. Satan knows that if he can get you to doubt, than he doesn't have to worry about you kicking his BUTT later. So he has set trying to make you question your faith to TOP PRIORITY! You have to REBUKE that spirit! Rebuke the SPIRIT!! (And I'll repeat myself a little bit too) TWO: Every question satan has put in your head about the certainty of you faith can be answered. If you look in the Bible, you will find that EVERY question has its TRUE answer! I am going to brag on my mom (that's right, my mom). I’m SO THANKFUL that my mom dragged me kicking and screaming to church every Wednesday and Saturday. Because I learned SO MUCH about MY GOD that I couldn't doubt Him EVEN IF I WANTED TO!!! And I AM SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE SUCH A HEAD START! (Praise God, HALLELUJAH!!) Woo, I need to calm down a bit but it makes me SO ANGRY (like the Hulk) WHEN SATAN TRIES TO MESS WITH GOD'S CHILDREN!
And I'm probably just getting out of a phase where it was so painful to pick up my Bible every day. And the truth is, I simply didn't! Not for a long time! But I thank God to my sister; she's so much stronger than me. She'd play Kenneth Copeland (an amazing man of God, I love him so much) on our iTunes instead of music (like I wanted) everyday, and simply hearing it made me just lust after God! So I've just recently started making myself swallow His Word. Ya' know, I don't like reading that much, but before, I'd seriously prefer reading any other book besides the Bible. And that's because SATAN has absolutely no problemo with you reading some random book, but if you even think about reading the Bible satan goes, "WOAH!! NOO! That book is soooo boring!! Play on the computer or something!! ECT."
Well I hope that was helpful to everybody who ever questioned God's existence. And to relate it to Beauty: Maybe you should watch Kenneth Copeland Ministries, read you Bible, ask questions ect. and figure out as much as you can and then when you talk to your friend, drown her in the spirit of God! Not by overloading her with scriptures or whatever. But set an example in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity! (1 Timothy 4:12)
