just woundering if anyone became a vampire fan from a specific thing? i like vampires because i watch hellsing and i climb alot and see alot of bats

i acctually liked vampires at first from seeing the fangs dig into the flesh of humans. . .
but i do read Hellsing, the manga, which inspired me further into the "study" of the creatures...
[you can't tell right now cause of the way my avatar is dressed but i'm a gaia vampire myself]

For me, I think the concept itself was fascinating, but what really sealed the deal for me were the Vampire chronicles books. 3nodding

hell yea, hellsing is the dog's bark! but what got me into vampires was bram stokers dracula! i started to study vampires when i was in middle school. alot of intresting things you find about the subject. history, folklore and such.

i always had an interest but what sealed the deal for me was the Darren Shaun series called "Cirque du Freak". I read them when i was little and i just recenly finished it, as it was an ongoing series.

Not exactly sure what got me into them. Let's just say I'm a believer. I've read a few books with vampires in em tho. Most recently was Twilight. A little girly for me, but my sister recommended it.

ive always loved vamps, even when i was little, i really got going with it when i started the Trinity Blood series.

I liked vampires for some time but I started to love em when I watched hellsing. hellsing rules! heart
True Blood, though very unexpected, is my all time fav, though. mainly because its set in america and in modern times. it's awsome and ypu need movie channels to get it stressed so if there's a second season we have to watch them on the dvd box set...
i also write a lot of books with vampires...
