Keiichi and Shion From what I've heard, people think it really is cannon. That since Shion misses Satoshi so much she's bound for Keiichi since he's so similar supposedly.

Well, Keiichi will either end up with Mion or Rena, and Shion will be in love with Satoshi, but realize that he's never getting out of his catatonic state, and eventually let herself fall in love with Dr. Irie! (*fantasy world*)
