Now from what I've seen this guild gets news ahead of time. So on my pc I can't download it in full. Takes to long. And it says that the RAR is temp. unavaliable. Can someone help?

Try disabling your firewall/protection, and when downloading do not have any other programs running, basically start the DL and walk away. If you have another window over it it can mess it up.
