Legend fortold of a land where mythical creatures roamed Crozzodis without fear. This mythical land held many secrets, ones that would drive a man crazy, the runes. Seven people were born with these runes on their back, the runes wouldn't show until the right day. But one day, the land came under seige by a terrible evil, and many wars were fought, but to no avail. The seven rune bearers stood against the evil, their runes glowing with a purifying light. The seven vanquished the evil, losing their lives in the process, but one survivor limped into a nearby villiage, saying only this before falling over and dieing, "May the bow curve, and the arrow fly straight." But now, the evil has arisin again, to gain vengance upon Baguchinawa and the Baguchinawan runes.

There will be seven spots, each rune it's own power:
1.Gasaki-Telepathic and can speak with the Gasuki rune bearer through thought.
2.Gasuki-Telekinetic and can speak with the Gasaki rune bearer through thought.
3.Seiken-Healer.
4.Grofleno-Morpher(can control everything but eye color and skin color).
5.Kazukanima-Can give weapons elemental attributes(like fire or ice arrows).
6.Chiseini-Luximancer, can control/conjure light only enough to create illusions.
7.Nomakaino- Defenser, can create barriers and sheilds out of nothing, can also make own skin as hard as diamonds.

Although she didn't do anything terrible while under its control, once it was exorcised, her abilities were haywire. SHe could hear and see more than she ought to have. Most people thought her to be insane.

And when that happened, she was granted with two other spirits inside of her body: Vespertine, the bubbly and obnoxious one, Hyale, the demonic and depressing, hardly leaving room for Kendess' normally shy and loving personality. [Whee~]

She opened her eyes quickly, pupils shrinking at the rays of sunlight, then returning to normal size again. She stared ahead at the people walking through the town, face devoid of any emotions. Slowly, she took an apple from a nearby stand, bringing it to her mouth, and taking a small bite. The man running the stand started yelling at her, but she didn't seem to hear, still staring blankly.

"What should we do with her?"

"The same thing we've been doing?"

"No you fool, she's become more consciously aware..."

The voices faded. They never tended to last long anyway. Bernadette curled up on her meager pallet, staring at the shabby cloth that served as the door of her hut. Her new caretakers didn't know what to make of this girl who spoke truths and knew secrets she ought not have access to. They didn't even know she could hear them speaking occasionally, on the other side of the village until she told them.

This happened every so often. She'd go into a trance, not fully aware of the world around her. And when she returned, noone knew what to make of her. Her old caretakers had caught on pretty quickly. This new one would not.

A man stared at what he had pulled up on shore. He wasn't sure quite what to make of it. It looked like a fish with seaweed all over it, but he had never seen a fish with a tail. He jumped back when it moaned, rolling over to cough up saltwater. The man stared as the "fish" proved to be a boy with wings.
The boy sat there coughing for a while, finally managing to catch its breath before staring up at the fisherman, who returned his gaze.

She took another slow bite into the apple, still ignoring the man's screaming at her for stealing his merchandise. How sad... she thought to no one in particular, then finally looked at the man, a smile on her face. "I'm sorry...you were talking?"

If men could explode, I'm sure he would have wti hthe expression on his face. He yelled at her, then snarled, snapping at her, and lecturing her about paying attention to what she was doing, and paying him for hte apple. As he ranted, she zoned out again, staring at his forehead. It was a rather large forehead. Very shiney. Whee.
