Hi! My name's Vince. I am the captin of the Dark Haven Charity Guild. I am 20 years old and in college, majoring Forensic Psycholgy. I have been writing both creatively and academically since I was in first grade, and I love it! I play the drums, bass, guitar, and trumpet. I am in marching band here at college, which keeps me busy, but being the dork that I am, I make time for Gaia. My favorite movie is Reservoir Dogs. My favorite book is American Gods My favorite color is black. My favorite TV show is CSI: Crime Scene Investigation I like dogs and cats, and I annoy my fish by poking the bowl. I have one sibling. An other sister...who has a daughter about my age. So she's more like my sister than my actual sister...if that makes sense. And then the rest of my family is...eh nevermind. Anyway, hi. I'm Jurori. You can use whatever nickname you can come up with outta my whole username you'd like. I don't mind. ^^'
I'm 18, a freshman in college, and am an English major with a Creative Writing focus (and possibly a Mythology/Folklore minor; we'll see). You can guess by this (and rightly so!) that I love writing and hope to make it my profession if I can. If not, well, you'll see me at a library somewhere, most likely. *Grins*
I don't do instruments, but I do sing. But ye shall never know more about my singing than that. biggrin
I'm an animal person; the bigger and fluffier the dogs/cats, the better, though I do love the young puppies/kittens too. 3nodding

Moving on, I have loved reading and writing ever since Prep, in which I was reading Grade Two reading material, and was able to read 'boat' before anyone else. XDD

I am absolutey TERRIBLE at maths, as you will see, though I like French and various other languages. (Someone hitch me a ride to Italy and buy me a mansion, please <3)

Ok! Before I say anything... Vince you are teh CUTEST! *laughs* And you're pretty Kat o.O; Very shiggy! Just wanted ya'll to know! And moving on to the POINT of this post... Me! *waggles eyebrows and points at herself shamelessly* Most call me by the name Aka... My real name is Alex if you care, but hey... Aka is easier! I mean... one less letter to type! Give that finger a break! I don't have a photo to give you... but you can pretend you know what I look like, eh? *grins* So... on to more things about the oh so great me... Yar, I'm Shinya-chan, but please, call me Shi.
I'm 15 years old, but people swear to buhjeezus that I'm atleast 18. >>; I'm a Sophmore in High school, and I'm (stupidly) enrolled in the IB program. It=teh suuuck.
I've a dog, a shih tzu, and two cats. The male is a dorkfus, and the female is...her. My dog is cute, but annoying because she always wants ice or water from the tub or outside in the middle of the night. She's prissy and hates to walk in the grass.
Writing and reading have been a part of me ever since I could hold a pencil in my hand...and, well, read. I usually write poetry, of any form and subject, some of which can be founf in my journal, the rest is in my Deviant account (my www button). I draw alot, too, but you'll have to see most of my stuff on DA. I've improved alot since I've posted anything on there..
I lurve Family Guy, Futurama, and the Simpsons, and just about any anime. I love manga. Usually shojo, but sometimes shonen, like Naruto.
I love art. Art is life. As well as writing and whatnot. Most of the stuff I do can't be scanned, so y'all will have to stick with my random doodles, or photos of the larger stuffs. Hoping to go to Ringling School of Art an Design for college. =3
Band is my life. With art. I play clarinet, and I'm marching bass clarinet this year. Our and has been 5-A atates champs for three years now, and have set the standard for many high school marching bands in the state. (Go Chotaw!)
I live in Florida, but I wish I could move to Colorado and get away from these blasted tourists, and live on my grandparents' dairy.. Le sigh.
I lubb math, english, and german, but history is the spawn of Satin. "Satin"? Satan. >>;

RAR!! Hi there, I'm Steph and I'm 16 years old. It is my birthday on October 7th, so I shall be 17 reeeeeally soon! xd At present, I am in my last year of secondary school in South East England, and taking biology, chemistry, german, history, maths and english in the International Baccalaureat Diploma. I will then take a gap year, to Malawi (to help in hospitals, churches, prisons and schools) and then to travel to NZ, Australia, Singapore and further if I have enough money xp And then I hope to study medicine at university and eventually become a surgeon! Oh, and I disagree with inya-chan: I love the IB, not hate it! xp Eek I just realised how much that introduction sounded like a personal statement, which you write for university applications! Well sorry, but that's to be expected, as I applied two days ago and my life has been revolving around it at the moment! Right, back to reality! Um... I have an 18 year old brother, who is leaving for Durham university next week to study engineering. Ironically, I've only grown close to him the year he leaves to live hundreds of miles away! My family are English, but part French, German and Polish too. (German/Polish bit is SO confusing, ask me about it sometime!) My hobbies are: hockey (I'm the GK), drama (writing it and acting, at Trinity Youth Theatre in the town nearby), music (I used to be in a marching band, until problems arose, and I play grade 8 piano and grade 6 flute), rangers (an older form of Girl Guides, but cooler xp ), writing (obviously! I'm in the middle of a fanfiction of LOTR, but when I've edited it, it'll no longer be fanfiction but completely unrelated to LOTR. It's 120 pages at the moment, and nowhere near finished! I also have many other ideas for stories!) I also babysit weekly, and work at Subway sandwich bar as a Sandwich Artist (official title xp ), where I make sandwiches and... not much else! Well it's fun xp Well my favourite film is Lord of the Rings, my favourite book is (guess?) Lord of the Rings, and my favourite author is (surprise, surprise) JRR Tolkien. Yes, I admit that I only got into the books after seeing FotR, but I read the other two books before I saw the films, and prefer them to the films and am a REAL LOTR fan, not just a film fan... My favourite band is Bon Jovi, and I couldn't choose between 'Bed of Roses', 'Livin' on a Prayer', 'It's my life', 'I'll be there for you' and 'Always' as to which is my favourite song! But I also enjoy listening to The Calling and other rock music. But really I just love music in general! My favourite TV program (and currently the only one I watch) is Lost. smile I used to watch Casualty, but gaia took over xp I'm a Christian (originally a Roman Catholic, but I prefer not to be classed as a particular denomination) and my favourite week of the year is when I go on Faith Camp. It's soooo much fun, and I meet so many people! Less interesting things: I've been single for 2months, since my 7month boyfriend dumped me; my parents are divorcing, but get on OKish; I have a huge, lovely house; I have 2 cats, who are just the CUTEST! I'll show you photos sometime; all of my closest friends are the same age as my brother and are off to university at the moment sad ; Um that's about it for now! Hey, I'm Emily so whether you choose to call me some form of that (believe me there are hundreds of things you can turn out of emily...ask my family and friends) or Nolah. It's up to you. I'm canadian heart
I'm nineteen and currently picking up some extra U-level credits at highschool. I still live at home, mainly because my mom is not in a good state right now and needs all the support she can get. So, my sister who is a year and a half younger than me, my brother, who is six years younger than me and my mom live together. I'd include my dad but he works out of town during the week and comes home for weekends...well I guess I shall include him. heart
I've always been writing or drawing since I can remember. My mom would ask for stories as presents when I was six...she has kept them and sometimes I look over them and cringe. I hope to persue writing as a profession or if it's not feasable at the time I shall persue it on the side and hope to get something published. I write both original pieces and fanfiction. I love to RP and am in several guilds dealing strictly with RP or that have RP as a main feature.
I love anime as well, my favorite being Escaflowne **points at name** and Manga. My current fave at the moment is Alichino.
My birthday is March 20th...quite popular date actually, my friend's father shares that day, as well as a very close friend and her uncle, also someone I used to know but haven't talked to in years and that's only people I know personally.
I LOVE history and mythology. That's what I'll be majoring in in fall. I know it shall be difficult to find a career that can support a decent living but I shall try.

A'lo, I'm Keriana, as the general internet world knows me. Hrmn... I'm 15, though that's pretty much subjective to the age everyone else thinks I am. ("I keep forgetting how young you are.." "omfg what r u, 8?" <- actual quotes!) My birthday is February 12th, and now that I've told you, I expect preeeesents. February will also mark my... two year...? anniversary on Gaia, I think. Hmn. So, I am female, like my avatar... I'm in 9.5th grade, American. (9.5th, wtf? 'Tis when you're homeschooled and doing 9th AND 10th 'cause you didn't do anything last year. Or the year before that. Or the year before that.) And yes... I'm homeschooled. ph34r m3. I also have, apparently, a 'unique' way of talking. In other words, I make no sense, and the sense that I make is nonsensical. Capice? I've been a writer for as long as I can remember. I was the kid who'd be left alone for ten minutes, and in those ten minutes transform her living room into a school where she taught her plushies all about life. My favorite movie was, like, 'Matilda', if that tells you anything. (And, incidentally, is the reason I read Moby d**k. Blasted misleading movies.) I've been an artist since the tail end of 2002. "Here! Draw." "I can't draw." "Yes you can. Watch." "What is that?" "It's a chibi." "I'm not drawing that." "Yes you are." And thus, I became an artist, in.. some odd sense of the word. Incidentally, I loathe the girl who taught me to draw, because she... well, you don't really need to know, do you? Suffice to say she's a stuck up sod and is part of the reason for that whole mix up at school in 7th grade... And no, you don't get to know about THAT, either, unless you really want an enraged and somewhat depressed account of how public schooling crushed my ego and intelligence for many years. This generally rules out things like Cradle of Filth. I like some of Thursday's music, though. Currently I'm being amused by bouncing to Britney Spears. o_O; I hate Anne Rice and will violently defend my position on that, though I acknowledge that some people like her, and will not attack anyone else for that. Hello. My name is Amanda, but you can call me serpenteyes if you prefer. Whichever you'd like is fine by me. I'm a sophomore in college. I think sophomore is a funny word because there is an 'o' in the middle, I don't think it belongs... but that's just me. I'm 19 and a year younger than I think I'm supposed to be, but I'm smarter than all the other kids, so I don't mind. (Tee hee, watch out, my ego is huge and outrageous). I plan on double majoring in English and Writing and minoring in something that strikes my fancy and makes me giggle. That's the plan, I don't know how well it will work considering I am not very dedicated and sporadic in my writing. I also tend to hate what I write a day after I write it, so yeah. If I don't become a writer (which might be doubtful) I will probably teach writing/english at a college. That way, I still get to do what I like. I've always read. I was able to read before... well... a long time. I'm a big Lord of the Rings fan, but unlike most/some of you, I read the books long before the movies came out and the movies were just a pleasant bonus. I am a major fantasy fan. I have dragon and unicorn puzzles on my wall, as well as postcards of places I've never been. Woo hoo. I plan on traveling and going to super cool places. My plan to get there when I have no money? Mission trips. I'm a Christian (though not a thump you with the bible and tell you to convert kind). I may minor in Missions so I can go to other countries and tell them about how cool God is at the same time. Hopefully I'll be going to Mexico in February on a trip. I should be building houses there, so it'll be fun. I like to critique writing and read what other people write, so if anyone wants something critiqued, send it my way and you'll get it back within a week. Odds are I'll do it before I do my homework. OOh! I wanna say things about me! Or something of the like... Okay... Let's see... My name? Most people 'round here call me Ala... Aka and I are like, fairly famous around the collaborative works forum, as well as the original/prose forum, though that fame has dwindled a bit seeing as how we've not really posted any stories in a while... But yeah... I'm 18 and a WOULD BE freshman in college, but I opted to stick around for a year (since I only turned 18 on the 13th of August) and get some money, since I'm more or less broke. But yeah, my major when I DO go to college? No idea. Minors? Most likely spanish and japanese and maybe german... I have a thing for foreign languages... O.o As for a little about me... Oh yeah, my REAL name is Amanda, but Ala works better... I answer to that more, and people on here calling me Amanda is just plain ODD. O.o But yeah... I'm the oldest of 5 kids in my family (me and my sister, and three younger brothers) and then I've got me mum and dad... Yo! I'm Shinyoru, or Alison, Ali, Li ( whichever, though I prefer the last one ). And some places I'm known as Ran, but that name happened to be taken here, so I ended up as Shinyoru. I'm 17 and have yet to get my driver's license. This can be explained easily as I live at a residential school and we are not allowed to have cars. Thus, no practice. Thus, no license. ^_^;;;
I have a horrible habit of talking with kitty-faces. Like this >^_^< so don't mind me. I draw, sing, play the violin, and go to a school that would probably rip my soul out if given the chance. We're basically college level, so I wonder ( many, many times ) why I applied and then /accepted/ the invitation to go. Alas.
I'm an American, but I'm applying to take an extra year of high school over in Japan.... Because I can.
I love writing. I love writing so much that I'm making a fiction writing seminar next trimester even though I've already taken fiction writing. I'm working on a book, very, very slowly. It's coming along nicely, though I look back at the earlier chapters and shudder at the childishness. But I haven't changed the plot, and it's still rather complex, so I like it.
Hnnn. What else? I'm excited about taking Forensic Science next trimester. It's going to be a great class. And I can hopefully overload into Psychology so I can take the AP at the end of the year.... Which reminds me that I really need to get those college apps in soon. ^_^;;;;
I like manga and anime, books and movies, but I'm not all that fond of people. Go figure. ( Don't let those kitty-faces fool you! Hahaha. )

My best friend [in real life] is Emily (Nolah).
I'm 17, Canadian, and am currently in senior year of highschool.
I work at a Bug Lab which is exciting because I plan to be an entomologist one day. I excel in university math and bio.
I'm also pretty handy at drawing and making weird noises. I'm pretty much obsessed with Japan and Japanese people. This includes anime and manga, as well as Hello Kitty. Japanese street fashion is one of my favourite things to look at in my free time if I'm not busy reading three different books at once. (My favourite book in the whole wide world: Memoirs of a Geisha.)
Am I supposed to say what I look like? Er..I wear black square-frame glasses and a big bead necklace.
I am a nerd.
I play video games for at least an hour every day.
I'm a vegitarian and I really like to cook.
Another of my favourite pasttimes is sleeping, or taking naps that last for 5 hours...

Well anyway. I don;t really share my age around gaia, so that's not important. I live on Long Island, New York, some of the best beaches in the world here...next to stinking Florida...beats us out every time..
My favorite color is blue. I love music A LOT- it's one of my three obsessions, the other two being writing and chocolate. And muffins. And Gaia. So yeah, I have four. No, five.

Well something interesting about me...eh...I'm publishing a book. It's called Light Years, and if you want you can check up on it's process here. The cover should be done in about two weeks, and there's about five whole weeks until it's out to be bought. blaugh I can't wait!
I love to write, yeah, that's pretty apparent... I love Christopher Paolini, JK Rowling, Jasper Fforde and especially Eoin Colfer...the man's a genius... and a while buttload of other authors, all of them whom I haven't the time to list.
I love dogs, and cats, and other stuff. I have a keeshound, which is a mix between pomeranians and elkhounds-try to picture that. (how they managed to breed them, I have no idea, since elkhounds are very big, and pomeranians very small...so...yeah...bad picture in my head.)
I always write fiction, since nonfiction bores me to death.
I hate math. HaATE it.
Some artists I like? Eh...James Blunt, he's awesome... The Beatles, could listen to Paul sing forever.... Natasha Bedingfield, though she has a girly reputation she's actually a brilliant singer... eh, Superchic[k] is really good....oh, and you knw Aly & A.J, those disney channel girls? Yeah, they can sing pretty well... I know, everyone here is into the whole punky ska music... so not me... I love listening to pretty stuff. ^_^ I'm such a dork.
Can't stand gothic people, sorry to offend anyone. Can't stand the Tim Burton movies, they creep me out, anything involving dead people is just not cool.
:heart The Pirates of the Carribean movies. Well, technically I haven't seen the 2nd one yet, but I know it's gonna be awesome.
