Uhm, Dude, calm down- take a deep breath and brethe! It will work out eventually. Love isn't blind but it has a tendancy to make those who feel that way blind to things that would otherwise bother them. Try and be honest with yourself about the relationship and the person. You don't want to hold on to something you were fooling yourself into thinking was perfect when it wasn't, I mean really... do you?
I don't know about the stalking thing, but I have plenty of expierience with people leaving me. Time has a way of making the hurt of love-lost fade. You have to just try and let it go and move on. Well you don't have too but I sugest that you do, stalking... that's not a road you really want to go down now is it?
If you're girlfriend left you and handed you a lame reason like her parents didn't approve... there was probably another reason, maybe she's struggling with some issues of her own, maybe she was trying to spare you're feelings and buy you off with that reason instead of the real one. Try talking to her, in a non-threatening, non-obsessed stalker-ish way and try and find out the real reason or at least some kind of further clarification.
