Since the beginning of this guild, I've left it as simple as "Please put something in your join request". If they haven't, I've denied them for the chance the user might be a bot.
But with the amount of inactive users that we've had, do you guys think it's time to make a Join Request form to fill out?
If so, I was also thinking of instating a new rule that is optional but would make the guild very happy: asking the members to put a guild banner in their signature. I was thinking that might help get the word out to other members of Gaia a little bit better than - 1. Users searching for Watership Down in the GGN (very unlikely) 2. Kenna keeping up the work of inviting users to the guild (much appreciated, but allows for more inactive users)
Let me know what you guys think.

A Join Request form would probably help establish those who are really interested in the goings-on of the guild from others. Ooh, a guild banner would be nice to have for a signature, and it would help promote the guild a lot more. biggrin Shoujo, you're just full of good ideas.

I'm all for getting active interested users. I do feel bad for flooding the guild with slackers, but you've laid the ground work for active or death users. I'm glad we've finally established a place for the Owsla to get things organized! biggrin
