What are your opinions on the Doctor regenerating? Will he stay as DT, or do you believe that we are getting a new Doctor?

Oh, good lord! I'm honestly beginning to think that RTD started these perennial rumors himself in order to get this reaction after the end of "The Stolen Earth" aired.
Tennant has been seen filming more Doctor Who since the filming for "Journey's End" finished. There's no way he's leaving. I'm positive that RTD is giggling with delight over this right now. Plus, if there was going to be a new Doctor, we would have had some official word as to who the actor was going to be; mainly because the news would have leaked long ago and the BBC wouldn't have had any choice but to acknowledge it in some fashion.
RTD is yanking our chain.
Berz.

So, anyone want to speculate on the Osterhagen Key that UNIT handed Martha?
I've been googling the term and I've come up with some interesting factoids.
1. Osterhagen is a place in Germany. 2. A sub-camp of the WWII concentration camp network was there. 3. You can split it into two words, oster and Hagen; "oster" being an old Saxon (eh? What now?!) word for "to rise" and Hagen being the name of a one-eyed, half-brother villain of a hero in an ancient Germanic story. 4. Osterhagen is an anagram of "Earths gone." 5. Oster and Hagen are two recent scientists; the former has his hands into biology and the latter does work in QFT on two-dimension theories.
Speculation thus far has been rampant. Some of speculated that it is a self-destruct for the entire Earth. Some have said that it will "unlock" that portion of time that is "locked" by the timewar and will may even restore Gallifrey. At least one person has sited the Skasis Paradigm (see "School Reunion" in the second series) and has suggested that it is somehow a device to allow the creation of a completely new universe according to the key-holder's parameters.
Considering that Harriet Jones told Martha not to use it and that Martha herself is extremely reluctant to use it, it would seem that something very bad happens as a side-effect.
Any thoughts?
Berz.

David can't leave yet. River Song knew the Doctor as David Tennent, so he can't regenerate until he's met her again.

Davids not leaving- they wouldn't change the entire format of a season for an actor if said actor was going to leave anyway. rolleyes
So, we have at least two whole seasons with number 10 left to us. Yey! Heck, maybe he'll even do a Tom Baker and stay for 7 years. biggrin One can hope.
