The following proposal has been sent to the GC for approval, from the NCS EC
The EC makes the following proposal:
NCS Guild membership packages:
Once a member of the NCS has made 10 significant posts within the guild forum, and has registered at hammerandfire.com, that member will receive a guild membership package that will make him/her an official member.
The package will entail:
The NCS uniform to be worn during NCS parades
- Red Hat
- Red Longjohns
- Gray peasant pants
Proletariat package:
* this package serves as a means to give less fortunate Gaians "jobs".
Packages, at first, will contain a basic fishing rod; but we are considering upgrading them to contain bug nets and any other sort of equipment that is released on Gaia in the future.
- Fishing Rod
- Grade "F" bait: 4 per month free, one extra if all four are used up.
These packages will have a great importance in the NCS for a few major reasons:
- Encouraging new members to join. Everyone likes free things, and if they learn about communism and actually participate in the end, then we have done our duty.
- Increasing both member income as well as guild income. The more money our members have, the happier they will be and the more they will be able to donate. This will allow our guild to do bigger and better things in the future.
- Having a uniform during parades will make us seem more tightly-knit, as well as organised. Also, parades are a great way of gathering people's attention and finding new members.

well, its fine by me, but where are we gonna get the money for all this? wont more donations be necessary?

Yes, we can easily afford this.
We could afford to give out about 40 packages, that is if we didn't receive any further donations from this point on. (packages are about 1,000 gold a piece)

Then it shall go into effect tomorow.
Tomorow, the purchases will be made, and the trades will be sent to all currently active members.
