Okay, well I figured that since I'm bored, and there haven't been any generally new topics here in our lovely general board area, I should make one! biggrin
Anywho~ This is a place for funny/scary/amusing/weird con moments and stories. ^_^

The ones I can think of right now from kumoricon are:
On the second night of the con, we were all hanging out inside the halls, being bored, not sure what to do since we had a few hours before the rave and all, and nothing was really going on. Well, finally we decided to dare Fuzzy(One of Shannon and Keru's friends) to ask a random girl to bear his children! (I can't remember how we got on this. I think it was because Shan and Keru were going to leave soon to go get changed into different outfits) And well, he did find a Hinata, but the one I find more amusing is the one before that. A Vash happened to walk by, and Fuzzy I think knew him(Wasn't that it? xP) and asked him to bear his children. The Vash suddenly got all huffy, saying he coulden't believe that Fuzzy forgot he already was going to bear his children. It was pretty spiffy. XD

Umm, lets see.. I got a bunch of Lolita to hate me since I said near them that Lolita was considered cosplay, and not usually an actual fashion, and I think they wanted to kill me.>>

And, I can't think of anything else right now. XP Sadly I didn't have too many amusing things happen, since I was scared because it was my first con.. I did get hit on at the rave though, but I didn't dance. XD This year I promise I will, though.

Yeah, sadly we didn't have a lot of weird things happen last year. XP Hopefully this year will be more interesting, though. <3

Omg! D: The Con-hobos! Those guys were freaky. crying (I hate the fact they were near us during the glomp circle. I kept thinking they were gonna come and like, rape us or something. XP)

Oh god! XD That's awesome. I was talking to mom about those hobos the other day. XP She said I need to be careful this year since I'm gonna be dressed up as a skimpy catgirl. :< She thinks I'm gonna get attacked.

I Thought of an awkward con moment, though! It was the first time we headed out to the glomp circle on the first day. We stood in the only real open part of it, and this Ed cosplayer comes up. Now, I'm all for FMA,and being in character(I know I will be this year). But this girl was like, obsessive about it. She walked up, we give her a small smile and say hi, and instantlyshe screams out at us, "Don't call me shrimp! Don't call me midget! I'm NOT SHORRRRRTTTTTTTTT!" The second she did this, I cowered back a bit behind whichever friend was with me a bit. :< (I can't remember who. It might have been ryan? XD) But god, she was scary. O3O

o3o Oh god, are you serious? I was wondering why they walked right past us to get into the circle. crying I was gonna break the guy's arm to match that leg of his if he touched you guys, though.>>
Surprisingly the meetup was generally normal. XD

But I do have an amusing story from that.
When me and Ryan were heading back from getting subway, we wanted to go through the farmer's market just to kinda piss people off. We had two encounters there that kinda amused me.
1) When we walked past a man and his son. The small boy asked his father why we were dressed that way. The father hesitated, thinking of the correct way to explain this to his son. His simple answer finally was, "Well, some people go here for Farmer's market, and some people come here for.. other things." Making it sound like we were prostitutes. XP
2) About mid-way through the market, we went past this particularly tall old man. He just glanced from where he was looking at the food, and Ryan and I weren't doing anything to piss anyone off. Suddenly we hear, "******** teenagers!" In a rather mean growl to us. We just glance up, stare at the guy for a moment, before walking off.

The Moral of the story is: Cosplayers are not welcome in farmer's markets. XD

Oooh I have one! Last year at Kumoricon, I had the pleasure of attending the Random Panel of Doom. That day, I was rather huffy, having not slept the night before and singing 99 bottles of rum until 5 am when we left, well, i was dressed as a purple haired school girl in fishnets, (fat people and fishnets dont mix...) well i was standing in the corner, tired as hell, leaned back, and suddenly, I discovered a secret passage! Not really, i just fell through the wall panel... So if your in a panel room, make sure the walls cant move before leaning XD And at Sakuracon 08, Mad Jew (RPoD host) chugged an entire, i believe 16 oz bottle of Tobasco sauce, and proceeded to up chuck it for the next 10 mins, its on youtube btw.

Oh HAY! Scientific! You're the girl I was talking to on the K-con forums about coming to the meetup thing over in Saturday Market! XD I just realized that when I checked out your profile!

I have a story. So on the first day of kumoricon, I had to leave my friends at the main doors and go the really long waiting line outside becuase I didn't pre-register. But about half an hour later, I get fairly close the registration doors, and I get glomped by a sexy justu naruto from out of nowhere! Seriously, those ninjas are everywhere. But a few minutes later, I got to witness the green power ranger get eaten by pacman! It mad me excessively happy. That's my memorable con experience. Not much, but it was great =D
