I've noticed that that most of the information on the clans and physics are incorrect. For instance, in Konoha, The nara, Akimichi, and Yamanaka clans didnt have actual bloodlines so much as secret techniques that the other ninja and clans were unallowed to learn.
Tsunade's strength came from the rapid, pinpoint firing of multiple tenketsu at once in a certain sequence, Only a ninja with a medic's control would be able to pull this off with any margin of success.
I've also noticed that even with the stat based playing its almost impossible to use the original Naruto Physics. Such as applying chakra to the legs to make a ninja jump higher or run faster. And it seems that when a person chooses a village they make a character specifically for fire if in konoha or water in kiri and so forth.
I may just be rambling but these seem like serious issues to myself.

Yea, we pretty much know the first one. We seperated it into Clans (Techniques) and Kekkei Genkai (Bloodline Traits). I'm not quite sure about the Yamanaka clan at the moment, but we listed out the rest as clans in the ninja handbook. Tsunade clan is much the same on that. Not quite sure what to say about the burst, but it's more Thunder or Fire alliance than mist or fire or stone.

First off, the clans you stated above, it does not matter in the Guild whether they are clan techniques or kekkei genkai, because no others except being in that clan are going to be able to use them. Thus, arguing the point stated above is moot.
Second, you are wrong in how Tsunade uses her chakra. Her chakra is fueled into her muscles which would result in her monstrous strength. The way you put it would be in effect the same as what the Hyuuga do, and they do not possess the same raw power as Tsunade does.
For your seemingly third problem, you simply calculate the amount of chakra and apply that to the other stat. It's chakra basics 101. If you wish to increase your speed, you subtract how much chakra you wish to use, and add that to your SPD stat for that post. In physical RP form, this would equate to the same as sending chakra to one's legs to run faster.
And it is the choice of the user what first element they use, provided whatever clan (if any) they choose to enter does not dictate what their primary element is. Just because they choose an element that allocates to their village of origin is of no problem.

You're Partially right about Tsunade's strength but only partially. The Hyuuga can not use it that's true, but it's because they focus on pushing their chakra into their opponent, while Tsunade simply fires from the tenketsu which floods her muscles with chakra, its finer way of simply pouring power to a place to increase it.
Also, I wasn't arguing a point. I was told that this was a proper Naruto guild, but to me these arent right standings. Like I said I might be rambling but it doesnt seem like a proper way to do things.

Turning something from a work of fiction into a game that does not encourage god-moding confined the other guild and this one to stats. In order to conform to those rules, stay logical, and keep as close to the original work as possible. A number of the clan descriptions or ability grouping descriptions were not written by those in this guild, but by those who started the other, and , because they worked, did not change them. I would hope that, because her techniques were so specialized, that this 'clan' would not be able to perform them or receive the listed bonuses as genin or even chuunin, especially without being taught intensively (and training as a little kid just won't cut it), but...
I do not understand why you must approach this that you consider a problem serious enough to bring to the entire guild's attention in a way that is both rude and insulting to the guild.

You may believe what you wish to believe. But Tsunade's strength has nothing to do with the Tenketsu points. Her chakra is built up over time, but in her case because of her skill she is able to rapidly fill up her muscles with chakra for insane bursts of strength.
And I never said anything like that about the Hyuuga. The Hyuuga push their chakra into the Tenketsu of others, where Tsunade does not even use the Tenketsu points.
And like Uzi said, do not argue a point in which has no merit.

it is not my job to be the official guild a*****e, but in this case i will gladly step up to the job.
Arashi, i know you personally, as you know me, but let's face it, you are the most stubborn person i know. now this whole thing started when you first joined the guild. You didnt follow guild protocol when posted, no one said anything for a while, and im going to assume you got that from another guild, or perhaps anothr RP site on the web. but im going to go out on a limb and say you never read the ninjahandbook, and you do not know anything about how this guild works. instead, you take what others are doing ((that you may find wrong.)) and instead b***h about it to everyone. but you know every one of your problem with the guild is answered in that thread. so, how about you stop complaining to people, and read? Also, i will also say that this guild would not be able to run without Haku and his knowledge of the Naruto world, so it's not wise to question him, let alone say that he is wrong. Also, Bluen, you may be upset, because i know he i your friend, but it is your responsibility to make sure he know the rules of the guild. ((meaning making him read the handbook.)) i am mearly filling in until you feel up to the job.
now, I may just be rambling but these seem like serious issues to myself.

I knew it was only a matter of time before someone dragged me into this. I have already told him to go into the ninja handbook and watched him myself do it. He has read the hand book and i explained to him why things are set the way they are. His first post was that of ignorance because it was prior to him going into the handbook. Now yes you both are my friends and i am fully aware that the two you don't get along well but i am not upset. At this point i am just trying to sort this out before something drastic happens which is why I told him myself to make this thread. I know i don't have all of the answers and this was the best way for him to get a direct answer from someone that knows.
Also Ignorant i want you to PM me about the Kaguya manor, I am going to double check the things we had before yet I do not recall it having any limitations as far as you fighting others who are stronger than you in it.
