The guild needs feedback about how it can be improved and run more smoothly and effectively. If you have any ideas about how to improve or something you would like to see in the thread then please let us know so we can look at the ideas and then maybe add them into the guild to make it much better.
~ People's ideas ~
Having an evil character ~ This can be done in Hueco, and soon to come a place for Bount.
Making it a rule to have an evil character ~ I don't really want to do this as not everyone can rp with 2 characters, so if you wish to make an evil character please feel free to do so in earth if you want a human or an espada in Hueco or maybe a hollow.
Have a thread that explains Bleach terms... This is coming as soon as I have enough free time to do it and not being complained at for crap.
Having one weakness... All characters will have a weakness but it is a little pointless if people wrote their weakness as some idiot would come along and start god modding and the rest using their weakness without rping to understand that weakness.

I'm going to add other idea's that I am going to add to the guild and please feel free to say if you like the idea or not and if there are alot of people who do then we shall do that idea.
~ Bount hangout - A place where Bount can plan to fight and maybe even try and take over Hueco or maybe team up with the hollows. Let me know what you think about it.
~ Bleach terms - Never seen or read Bleach, look up everything you need to know to understand here.

how about making it a requirement that we each make an evil rpc, or a non shinigami

Sure to the setting your squad, let me know which squad though (4 and 11 are already taken)
The evil rpc or non is a good suggestion HOWEVER not all people are good at rping a darker side (like me XD) and also as more people join you'll find that people will make dark rpc's so.... but I am going to say that if you want to create a npc (non shin) or a evil character you can. I think that I am also toying with the idea of making an extra squad BUT it is for out casts, so that they can clan together to fight again shin's such as alacarn's and bounts etc etc... (sorry about spelling just got in from work so... my brain is fried XD)
But there a couple of solutions I have to offer to your idea Sen.

I have 2 on reserve, Captain of 13 I am waiting for him to do his profile and post it, I know he is hand drawing his character or that is what he told me and that guy is the other vice capt of the guild Iketsu and the other one in reserve is for my friend who doesn't know much about Bleach but still wanted to join and wanted to be a captain, so I helped him last night do a profile for his character and that is Punisher.

I could play the part of an Anti-Hero or the bad guy if it's needed.
But honestly I had a request, can someone set up a FAQ for Bleach? Basically the terms I should know about and all the terms I'd expect to see alot in such an RP? If yes, that would help me tons.

how about making all characters having at least one weakness?
so that there are no gods that cant be hurt or killed...
