I don't know if I'd call them steampunk, but the Midnight Juggernauts remind me of Abney Park in some ways.

Hmm, could The Decemberists be up for debate? Not all of their songs have exact steampunk references but they do enjoy creating a certain air about them that makes me think of steampunk or at least things related to the genre. They even enjoy dressing in period clothing when they can.

I don't know, totally open for debate but I know personally when I listen to their songs my mind is filled with sepia-toned images and extravagantly dressed people.
