Crew or equipment visible: In the opening shot of the film, the reflection of the edge of the helicopter in the building's glass is visible on the left edge of the shot.

Death Race
This is all trivia
Shot in 50 days.
A total of 35 cars were used during the shoot. They were constantly repaired by a team of 85 mechanics.
David Carradine, who starred in the original "Death Race 2000" plays the voice of Frankenstein in the opening scene.

Errors in geography: When the doctor talks to several girls at the river, lemurs are visible. Lemurs occur naturally only in Madagascar.

The Bourne Identity (2002)
Continuity: When Jason is hanging from the fire escape at the consulate he looks down to see where to put his feet on the narrow ledge. There are already two shoe prints in the snow right where he places his feet.
Continuity: After Jason shoots the gas tank, the Professor's view of the farm is obstructed by thick black smoke. When we see the tank from Jason's point of view, the smoke is white, relatively sparse and can easily be seen through.
Crew or equipment visible: When Eamon is running away with Marie and his kids, the camera passes behind the car and a crewmember is reflected in the trunk.

The Lake House
Anachronisms: During a scene set in 2004, the Paul McCartney song "This Never Happened to Me Before" is featured prominently. This song is on the album "Chaos and Creation in the Backyard," which was released on September 13, 2005.
Revealing mistakes: In one scene there is snow on the ground where the house is located, but if you look across the lake there is no snow on the opposite bank.

Miss Congeniality
Continuity: When Miss Rhode Island is doing her flaming baton routine, the batons are clearly scorched black, but when her routine is over they appear unscorched.
Continuity: When about to go out onto the stage for the top ten finalists, one of the girls puts curlers into Gracies hair, when she comes out onto stage her hair is perfectly straight.
Continuity: When the "top ten" finalists are announced, there are only seven names called.
Crew or equipment visible: When Gracie tosses Cheryl's crown towards the statue of liberty, you can see a hand reach out and grab it.

Revealing mistakes: Dr. Dolittle walks, in the dark, to a wall and flips his finger up. The lights come on, there is the sound of a switch being flipped - but there is no switch on the wall (full-screen version).

Crew or equipment visible: When Dolittle is leaving Rodney by the side of the road you can see the reflection of people in the side of the vehicle, most likely the camera crew.
