For those who read the manga, what do you think about this new Shiho character?

It's obvious she has a crush on Shikamaru, but is there a chance she's going to get in the way of Shikamari (ShikaxTema) goodness?!
Or am I just crazy?

im pretty sure shikamaru doesnt like her, anyways mashashi isnt going to let that happen cause shiho just appeared in the manga and temari has been there for a pretty long time
