It works well especially since you're using a Substitute sweep strategy, since you need recovery to deal with the HP loss from Substitute. Of course, that last strategy is nulled by the fact that you've Choice Spec'd it. Wouldn't that trap you into using Conversion until it dies?Lovable/Snorlax@Leftovers

Seems good otherwise, but counter might want to be replaced with Grass Knot considering that Aura Sphere is a special attack. My comments are in blue. Note that I ignored natures for this, and that I did movesets and EV spreads only. Also, EV spread corrections assume that the order you listed the stats in (eg. 252 HP/252 Sp. Def) was the order they were trained in.

Well, for IVs, there are calculators that can do the dirty and messy work for you, so you can get those values without error. EVs confused all hell out of me when I got started, but I perfectly understand them now. It just takes practice, time and effort (pun intended).
