My team is finally finished. I've tested them, and tested them and they're finally ready.
BombBellC4/Bronzong@Leftovers Relaxed Nature Trait: Levitate EVs: 252 Def/252 Sp. Def/160 Hp ~Hypnosis ~Explosion ~Stealth Rock ~Gyro Ball Notes: Opener of the team. He comes out, Stealth Rocks, then explodes depending on what he's dealing with.
ImmaVirus/Porygon-Z@Choice Specs Modest Nature Trait: Download EVs: 252 Sp. Attack/160 Speed/160 Hp ~Conversion 2 ~Ice Beam ~Substitute ~Conversion Notes: Special Sweeper. Comes out, uses Conversion to change his type to ice, then uses Conversion 2 to boost resistance and then uses Ice Beam to sweep whatever comes his way.
Lovable/Snorlax@Leftovers Careful Nature Trait: Thick Fat EVs: 252 Sp. Def/160 Hp/160 Def ~Curse ~Rest ~Body Slam ~Crunch Notes: My favorite Pokemon of all time, Snorlax was made into a wall. Curse until maxed out, then go to town.
Megawatt/Electivire@Expert Belt Adamant Nature Trait: Motor Drive EVs: 252 Attack/160 Speed/116 Hp ~Thunderpunch ~Ice Punch ~Cross Chop ~Earthquake Notes: Meanest guy on the team. Expert Belt makes this guy a real curb stomper.
VineGuy/Tangrowth@Life Orb Brave Nature Trait: Chlorophyll EVs: 180 Attack/252 Defense/160 Hp ~Power Whip ~Substitute ~Sunny Day ~Leech Seed Notes: Never worked with one of these before. Chose Brave nature since it boosts attack and lowers speed and since Tangrowth has low speed, I figured it didn't matter since I have Chlorophyll and Sunny Day.
Megan/Blissey@Leftovers Bold Nature Trait: Natural Cure EVs: 252 Hp/252 Sp. Defense/116 Speed ~Counter ~Softboiled ~Thunder Wave ~Substitute Notes: Named after my girlfriend, I had to put this in for some odd reason. HP is maxed out, and Counter is to knockout any Physical Sweepers like Electivire, Garchomp or Infernape.

I love Aerodactyl My team is finally finished.
Not bad. The moveset seems to work well, but the EVs are skewed. EVs total to a maximum of 510 on any one pokemon. Therefore, your REAL EV spread for this one is: 252 Def/252 Sp. Def/6 HP. ImmaVirus/Porygon-Z@Choice Specs Modest Nature Trait: Download EVs: 252 Sp. Attack/160 Speed/160 Hp ~Conversion 2 ~Ice Beam ~Substitute ~Conversion Notes: Special Sweeper. Comes out, uses Conversion to change his type to ice, then uses Conversion 2 to boost resistance and then uses Ice Beam to sweep whatever comes his way.Again, your EV spread doesn't add up. Real one is: 252 Sp. Attk/160 Speed/98 HP. In addition, Porygon-Z is really fragile, so Recover does really well on him. It works well especially since you're using a Substitute sweep strategy, since you need recovery to deal with the HP loss from Substitute. Of course, that last strategy is nulled by the fact that you've Choice Spec'd it. Wouldn't that trap you into using Conversion until it dies? Lovable/Snorlax@Leftovers Careful Nature Trait: Thick Fat EVs: 252 Sp. Def/160 Hp/160 Def ~Curse ~Rest ~Body Slam ~Crunch Notes: My favorite Pokemon of all time, Snorlax was made into a wall. Curse until maxed out, then go to town.Good Curselax, but again your EV spread is wrong. Real one is: 252 Sp. Def/160 HP/98 Def. Megawatt/Electivire@Expert Belt Adamant Nature Trait: Motor Drive EVs: 252 Attack/160 Speed/116 Hp ~Thunderpunch ~Ice Punch ~Cross Chop ~Earthquake Notes: Meanest guy on the team. Expert Belt makes this guy a real curb stomper.Good, but your EV spread is wrong. Real one: 252 Atk/160 Spd/98 HP. VineGuy/Tangrowth@Life Orb Brave Nature Trait: Chlorophyll EVs: 180 Attack/252 Defense/160 Hp ~Power Whip ~Substitute ~Sunny Day ~Leech Seed Notes: Never worked with one of these before. Chose Brave nature since it boosts attack and lowers speed and since Tangrowth has low speed, I figured it didn't matter since I have Chlorophyll and Sunny Day.Real EV spread: 180 Atk/252 Def/78 HP. No comment otherwise since I haven't raised one myself. HP is maxed out, and Counter is to knockout any Physical Sweepers like Electivire, Garchomp or Infernape.Again, wrong EV spread. Real one: 252 HP/252 Sp. Def/6 Spd. Seems good otherwise, but counter might want to be replaced with Grass Knot considering that Aura Sphere is a special attack. My comments are in blue. Note that I ignored natures for this, and that I did movesets and EV spreads only. Also, EV spread corrections assume that the order you listed the stats in (eg. 252 HP/252 Sp. Def) was the order they were trained in.

Well, for IVs, there are calculators that can do the dirty and messy work for you, so you can get those values without error. EVs confused all hell out of me when I got started, but I perfectly understand them now. It just takes practice, time and effort (pun intended).
