So now thanks to our economy rolleyes , I have retired (hopefully temporarily) from piercing. I will keep my FL cert. active. All of my friends know I still have shop access. But I can no longer keep living piercing alone. My part-time Technical Support job became full-time as of last Monday. (just in time for my husband to to be laid off on Wednesday! scream ) Of course I will still be on the forum

[rant] PLEASE people for the love of GOD!! I know we are all trying to cut corners here, but a $25 (adjust this figure for were ever you live. In FL this is CHEAP) piercing may not be as great of a deal as you think it will be! PLEASE support the industry we all love by going to see true professionals! [/rant]

I totally agree -.-; I hate people saying "yeah, I know a guy who does it for 20 bucks a pop." and immediatly I want to smack them and ask if they want AIDs. And then I go on a big rant about how unsanitary those places are and blah blah blah... =)

And then they have the "just do it yourself" thing, and while I have admittedly pierced myself, I've gone to a professional most of the time.

$375.00 of my money is floating around the piercing industry right now D< and I'm about to chuck 150$ of it into the tattoo industry.

I'm sorry hon, I hate how downhill the economy is going. One of the artists I work with was complaining that while Clinton was in office, one year he took home $198,000. I mean, jesus. We're no where close to that.
