Prelude

Night stood at the top of the spire, by the tower room window. He looked out at the setting sun, as its warmth started to fade from his skin.
"its starting, isnt it?" he asked to the other.
"you feel it dont you?" the whisper replied.
Night nods his head slowly then replies "so they're coming"
He smiles then sat on the window sill.
"its about time, i was getting bored..."

Story

This city "Krya" was founded on an ancient site, where dark and evil magic was performed regularly. As such the boundry between our realm and the realm of deamons began to tear here. Luckly the dark magic was stopped and the boundry was sealed, so all was safe.
However even the greatest things wear away given time. The seal that once held the torn boundry is gone and a gateway has opens to the deamonic realm, but its small only the smallest and weakest of deamons make it through. Thier purpose is to cause choas in the city and in so doing, tear wide the gateway to their realm.

Our hope it seems is not lost. 7 human teens and their scared spirit beasts will meet in this place, they will be the ones to return the deamons to where they belong and forever destroy the gateway.
1 of these humans Night and his partner Blaze have watched over the city waiting for the others to arrive from all over the globe.

Now is the time...will you fight with your spirit at your side and send the deamons packing.

Or should i go buy a shot gun and cower in my basement?

Plot

If you play a teen you can unite with your spirit to unlock new powers, one of these is the spirit armour.
No teen knows of this power untill they meet their first deamon then Night will show them how to do it.

Characters

Night & Blaze
Night:-
Night has been able to see spirits since he was young, he was often scared and hid away from people until blaze came to him. Blaze is his spirit guardian, protecting him from dangerous spirits and making sure that night was not harmed.
Blaze and night have been the best of freinds for many years, night is lonely since he has no human freinds. (mainly due to the fact he often talks to 'himself')

Blaze:- The blaze dragon
Son of Falaia (a golden dragon, mother) and Cynder (the Orange dragon, father).
Older brother of Burn (the blaze dragon, twin) and older brother of Jewel (the jewel dragon).
Blaze lived during the time of dragons. He, burn and Jewel fought a great evil.
After the evil was defeated Blaze and Burn created a portal to a new world so the dragons could leave the humans in peace. Tricking Burn he remainded on this side a trapped himself here so the portal could never be opened again.
When blaze eventually died he swore to continue to wtch over this world and its people.


Yukari & Pheonix played by RoboDemon
Yukari:- Yukari is 17 years old. She supressed her powers when she was in her home town not wanting to be judge or disliked, but the people still found her odd and her parents worried about her nightmares about ghosts. Then pheonix came to her and watched over her so she no longer needed to suffer with evil spirits. Now her parents are moving to Krya and things are looking unsure..

Pheonix:- When the dragons left earth the pheonix's decided to follow suit and left into space to find their own home.
Its hard to steal a pheonix's soul, they are reborn so quickly but when it happened and a mage stole his soul, Pheonix's spirit was realeased in agony. He was bitter for a long time, until some one released his soul from its prison. He chose to remain on earth to provent another creature from going through what he felt.
Pheonix is fierce and rather agressive, even toward his partner.


____ & Kalim the Great Turtle

Kalim:- He was a gaint sea turtle that live to such an age and size he became known as the floating island. When he died he choose to remain on earth to share his wisdom of the world. Travilling the world in the darkest and deepest waters gave Kalim a solitary personailty, but he cares deeply about people. He no longer feels lonely since joining with his partner.



____ & Raienkou the Thunder Cat
:-

:- Raienkou (the black tigerin my sig) was bonded forever as the spirit of the thunder element, he guided the strom by running over the clouds.
He is able to uses a form of static electricity to make clouds solid under foot.
To know of the power of Raienkou is to be part of the strom.
Raienkou's kind of primal force which commands not only the storms of the presant, but are also said to be able to call to the storms of the past, and travel to them. Raienkou has been unable to settle in one place, a born traveller. He acts very much like a big kitten except in battle...



____ & Icefang the Sacred Wolf
:-

:- Icefang is the spirit of the arctic lands, the ice and snow are his home. Ice fang is mysterious about his past and who he was before he died, he never even opened up to his partner. He might not be talkative but icefang is loyal to extremes and fun loving.



Starlet & Taliana the Sphinx played by star1princess
Starlet:- Startlet was a very scared and lonely child, her ability to see her "imaginary" dead people made her parents very scared. but one day she invented and imaginary pet called Taliana who chased all the bad dead people away.
Starlet had to hide her gift but since getting a nursery job in Krya city how long can she keep it a secret from anyone??

Taliana:- Before Taliana died she was ravered by the acient egyptians. She guarded them From the sky and was treaded like a god. It made her alittle spoiled and well a brat but her partner loves her and she loves her.



Kira & Pegasus the Winged Horse (lil_trini_pyro)
Kira:- This 16 year old girl came from her home town of Tokyo. Shes a traveller and was just passing through Krya. Then all this started...

Pegasus:- Pegasus was born spiecal blessed by a god, he acted as hero throughout his life. When he died he wished to continue to do this because he just loved it so much. its made him alittle arrogant and not alittle boastful, but hes got a good nature.

Krya
Krya is home to a gate way to the deamon realm, here the spirit warriors will gather to strike back and stop the deamons from entering the realm of earth and turning it into a living hell.

Deamonic Realm
In the deamonic realm the greatest of deamons rule over cursed and twisted lands, corrupt souls given twisted and deadly bodies.
The real deamons cant emerge throught the portal yet, only the half breeds are small enough to enter this realm. Once here they try to make the portal bigger by causing all kinds of choas.

Ghosts
Many of the spirit warriors will have encountered these, spirits left on this world when they should of moved on, all ghosts have unfinished problems. Most ghosts are peaceful and are simply lost, however some are angry at their death and become dangerous.

Sacred Spirits
These great beasts unlike ghost have chosen to remain on earth instead of move on, as such they are bound to one human for life. It is their responsiblity to protect these shamans from dark spirits and ghosts. However as we'll see in the story when shaman and spirit wark together they can do so much more...

Shamans
Shamans are humans with the ability to see, hear and feel spirits and ghosts. Not many people have this rare ability so it is normally treated with fear and suspition.
Shamanism tends to develop in the early teen years from 10-14 however there are cases of shamans from birth. (night is one such case) The name given to a shaman with a sacred spirit beast is a Spirit Warrior. These tend to shamans with rare and powerful skills.

Spirit Form
In spirit form, the beasts tend to be smaller and less able to be detected. For instance when blaze is in spirit form he is 100th his normal size, he tends to hover around night or sit on his shoulder. This makes them much more flexable.
(okay they can pass thru walls but when your spirits a dragon it gets a bit annoying just talking to the head)
