Gallade
Job~ Opener

Gallade is a great opener and is a tough pokemon, but really isn't one for sweeping. If you truly insist, Swords Dance would help out plenty. Night Slash is the better move when compared to X-Scissor because of its synergy with Close Combat. Life Orb, leftovers, or even a choice band given the current set would help out a fair bit more than the focus band.

Abomasnow

Item~ Rose Incense
lulz. Abomasnow can be more closely defined as a tank given the right set; he is possibly the farthest thing from a wall and this isn't a set capable of tanking. Protect, Blizzard, and Leftovers are almost mandatory, and Wood Hammer is strong enough to make up for the recoil.

Charizard

3 physical attacks on a special sweeper? Meh, I'll look past that typo. No matter what set you use, (unless, of course, you use the actual special sweeper set), Salac Berry is probably the best option for it, allowing it to attempt a sweep with high-speed high-power fire attacks.

Garchomp
Job~ Physical Sweeper
Moves~ Dragon Rush, Dig, Poison Jab, Crunch
Item~Razor Claw
The most consistant Garchomp is ChoiceChomp, having two varients: Scarf and Band. Earthquake is a given with ANY Garchomp set, and Dragon Rush is easily trumped by the more accurate Dragon Claw. There are other very powerful variants of Garchomp, but with a choice item it's very difficult for even the most experienced battler to take it out without making at least one sacrifice. Poison Jab is a bad choice for a move due to little coverage, and the fact taht what does end up getting hurt gets hit much harder by a STAB attack. A better move would be Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Fire Fang, Draco Meteor, or Swords Dance.

Rotom
Job~ Status Afflicter
Moves~ Disharge, Ominous Wind, Dark Pulse, Toxic
Item~Spooky Plate
Rotom can be an annoying little p***k, but he needs Confuse Ray and a means of paralysis in order to be such. Toxic really isn't nessisary, or effective, on rotom anyway; an easy move to use in it's stead is Will-o-Wisp, which can be just as annoying and quite crippling when timed right.

Empoleon
Job~ Ultimate Weapon
Moves~ Metal Claw, Surf, Ice Beam, Pluck
Iteem~Splash Plate
Empoleon is a scary thing at the end of a Baton Pass Chain, but is otherwise mostly a joke. He can tank like no-one else, but apart from that has a rather decent special attack stat. I can't remember whether or not it can learn Grass Knot, but it would help your set more than Metal Claw is currently.

I probably wouldn't put a Focus Band on him. Probably an item that makes it so your crit rate is higher or something, also replace X-Scissor for Night Slash, it is more useful and also has a high crit rate.

I just don't like this pokemon, despite the fact that it learns many strong attacks it has just way to many weaknesses.

Why is it a Special Sweeper if most of its moves are attack moves? I am just confused by this.

No EQ? I don't quite understand what exactly you are going for here. Seeing that EQ is practically the only move you will need.

I like this pokemon really I do, but it needs Confuse Ray, if its job is to annoy others then there is nothing more annoying then Confusion.

Pluck? What is that doing on him? Metal Claw should also go, this pokemon doesn't have the best move set though so it is hard to pick for him.
