You slowly open yours eyes, as you are overwhelmed by heat. The temperature on the island feels to be at least 90 degrees fahrenheit. You begin to look around to see a desert like terrain, and very few plants. You gaze towards the center of the island to see a dark red tower. This place doesn't seem that bad to you, but you could do with out the heat. Fire-

*Falls from the sky*
AHHHH!!!!
*And lands in the sand with a padded thud*
Ouchies....
*She struggles to stand up for a moment, then wipes sand off her clothes. She stops and looks around*
Wow, this place sure got barren. Might as well go take a look around.
*She begins walking up to the large tower, content in the fact that she had finally been made Fire Goddess*

From the bowels of hell i came on a mission to take over this place but when i got to the island of fire i had second thoughts. my master was getting too power hungry and i have lead hundreds of missions in his name and taken over countless cities and this place reminds me of the one person in my life that i would do anything for. In the last city i conquered there was a girl named Lina, the one and only girl i'll ever love.
I see the tower and decided to explore a bit and find that the island was in need of a god i wished to take that role so i could protect the land that helped me see the light.

Kazuki appered out of no where and then begain to speak "This is a message for the god or goddess of Fire from Earth kingdom.I am general Kazuki from the island of earth"Kazuki said reading the scroll "I, Beryl the God of Earth, wish to host a friendly competition between all of the islands. Each island will be allowed one representative warrior or inhabitant of similar skill level. Generals, monks, priestesses, lieutenants, and especially divine beings are strictly prohibited from this competition. The tournament date shall be announced once each island responds and declares their representative. Please respond as soon as possible." "He waits for a reply" Kazuki said dissapering

Sayako Nemir opened her eyes as she rose from her crouched position. She had been awaiting the arrival of the Fire Goddess for a time now. She stood, her ebony hair giving off a red glare for a moment. She was a preistess here. She had come from a long line of them. Sayako moved to the front of the tower and and quietly left. She moved easily over the sands. She was used to the heat. Besides, by mid-day, she needed to be back at the village. She bowed her head once more to the tower and then turned away from it.

Sayako gave a heavy sigh as sheonce again finished her daily worship. She always came to the tower and then would return home to do as she needed to help the villagers and her family. It was all starting to seem boring to her.

Ashke walked around this new, mysterious place and came to the Island of Fire, She was an expert at controlling fire. She saw a girl heading home out of the corner of her eye. "Good Morning, Do you know where the heck am I? I'm kinda lost. I fell from up there." Ash pointed to the heavens, expecting a kindly answer.

Sayako turned in surprise as she heard the voice. "Oh. Of course I can help you. Why don't you come back to the village with me. That way we aren't out here during the main heat of the day. It can be killer." Sayako smiled warily and motioned toward the direction of the village. "I have a shrine back there we can rest in."

Sayako immediately smiled although she tried not to. "I am known as Sayako. I am one of the Fire Preistesses here. It is a long walk to the village but here is a bit of bread I have." Sayako reached into her pouch and pulled out a small bit of bread. It usually came in handy during her long stays at the tower.

Ash took the bread and broke it in half. She stuffed one half in her mouth and swallowed. "Here, Sayako. have some. You know, This is kinda strange...I can never not get involved in one street fight a week and the first person I meet is a holy priestess. Let's go to the village now. Show me the way, new-found-acquaintance!!!" Ash ran behind Sayako and held her shoulders like a playful child would hold a toy steering wheel.
(Even in real life I'm this hyper.)

Sayako kept her face impassive but inside she was smiling. This girl was indeed hyper. As they moved onward, a glimmer appeared in the distance. Soon a small village could be made out. Sayako glanced back. "We are here."

Sayako let a small smile come to ehr face. She shifted and glanced at Ligah. "Well I suppose I could show you around the village. THere isn't much though. Just a few homes and a market and such. We have a blacksmith as well as a stable for our dragons."

"Uh-huh. Seems pretty lively." Ashke said, sarcastically dragging the last word. "Well, Is there an inn or anything? I guess I could find my way around after here. Thanks for helping me out. See you for breakfast tommorrow."
Ash turned and walked away, looking at some signs here and there, then finally walking into a decent inn.
