well i just thought i would just recommend some bands i thought you tool and apc fans might enjoy..they are nothing like tool..but they are definetly out their with them on their sound and lyrics..
The mars volta- insane sounds and realy deep crazy mind blowing lyrics..reminds alot about tool..they use alot of mystisism and strange tales in their lyrics..kind of like tool...except way more out their with their lyrics..you really have to do reaserch to understand them.
king crimson- definetly out their on both sound and lyrics..where kind of an influence on tool..
and thats all i can think of for now..lol .post if you have any other suggestions!
