if you've heard of the games, then your already off to a great start!^^if you've played the games, even better!^^.....this is a few years later after Nowe fought and surpassed his supposed father Legna.(I know who his father really is!!) The Knights of the Seal still exist, The Empire is slowly starting to recruit after all these years with the goal to destroy the goddess, Eris. They haven't yet, but I will be updating to storyline every now and again(But First I NEED people!) you are capable of having a pact beast. you can be part of the Knights of the Seal, the Empire or a free spirit as I call it.

The Chains Of A Pact:
one Rule here, Don't KILL other People Charactors okay?..and watch the REAL bad language.....if some people have never played Drakengard but are still interested, I'll tell you what a Pact is....a Pact is basicly a partnership that lasts the rest of your life when you exchange half your heart with a beast or some such thing.(it doesn't have to be just some dragon...be creative!^^) You two will share eachother's pain and such, but you would be very strong, but to taste such power, you must give a function of your body(voice, sight, time(you continue to age but your body does not)) so...you can also comunicate with your pact beast through thoughts now that you two are one,others with pacts can also sence you somewhat if you have one.

Knights of the Seal~ A long time ago, they were led by Nowe's adopted father, Oror, but he was killed by Gismor because of his lust for power, then he was general of the Knights of the Seal. But then he was killed by Nowe in the name of his Oror. The Knights were in charge of protecting Districts a long time ago, but they were destroyed for what I personally thought was a good cause!^^....now-a-days they are duty bound to protect Eris, the Goddess.
The Empire~ Back in the time of Drakengard 1, there was a feirce war between the Union(good guys) and the Empire(bad guys). They tried to take over the world using the seeds of resurection and manipulation of the gods as their tools to do it. a long time ago, when the Origonal Manah was only 6 years old, she was manipulated by them to help with the destruction. Back when the first Goddess, Furiae, was killed, chaos was unleashed, just like when Angelus died as well because she took her place to restore the world. they're really and have control over some of the most deadly of monsters.
Freedom Fighter/ Free Spirit~ The name pretty much explains itself, you not really good, and you're not really evil, you help out where you can and you have you're own seince of justice, Like Nowe and Manah, and Urick who fought to save people who were in need. You might even go as far as to say you might live among the people and just roam the world and go where the wind takes you.
The Goddess~ She the one that's keeping the skies blue, literally! When a women offers her body to restore order to the world, That woman must go through a sealing. A Goddess Cannot lead the life of an ordinary woman, for now she has to carry the burden the world on her back...if the 8 Sacred Dragon Gems fell into the wrong hands, they could have enough power to over-throw anybody who got in their way of getting to the Goddess and destroying the world.
Seeds of Resurection~ A tool often used by the gods and the Empire. Back when The Empire Killed the first Goddess and the world lost it's order, Seeds of Resurection began to appear all over the world. They had enough power to turn the most purest to creatures(including humans) into the terrifying and most dangerous of monsters! there are still some in the world, but very few and they're well hidden. Those who crave power and miracles sometimes look to these seeds for salvation, but they'll never get it. The poor sould that beleive in the power of the Seeds of Resurection, are ones to be pitied.
Dragon Gems/ Gem Dragons~ There are 8 of them...Ruby, Saphire, Amber, Emerald, Amethist, Topaz, Onyx and Diamond. To enter the Home of the New Goddess, Eris, you have to place all the gems in the Gem shaped Key holes on the door. Only the powers from the Gems can turn the locks after they've shut. These Gems have also had legends floating around them. they say that if you have all eight in your posession, they could make miracles happen, like the Seeds of Ressurection, but they say that due to their pure power, a lot of people think that their wish will come true. These 8 Gems are well hidden and are said to be guarded by the Legendary Gem Dragons. The Gem Dragons were supposedly born from the the power of the Gems they guard and are said to not give up their treasures so easily. their skin is said to be as hard as the their gem, other say their scales ARE the save as the Gem their said to be born from.
