So I am sure the guild members that have come back are looking at the tread that says For Lease. This thread shall be rented out to any guild member who wants it for the monthly price of 350 gold. The guild member who pays for it rules it. No questions as long as they abide by the rules of gaia. If at the end of the month the guild member who has paid the rent does not want to lease it any further then it will be cleared out and leased to another member. okay? This is a wonderful way to earn money for the guild. Hopefully we have members that want to make their own private paradise, so that we can make money for prizes.
