Does anyone know when this takes place in relation to the other movie and Stargate Atlantis, especially the episode where Teal'c has to help Ronon pass his review?

It's mostly in an alternate reality, from what I know of it. Other than that, I'm not sure.
It's totally placed in the middle of everything. You can't really tell where it is. they never make reference

I think, emphasis on the word think, it takes place right after Sam leaves Atlantis and Woolsey takes over and before the new season of Atlantis started.
