This is an intersting topic biggrin Lizabat..do are you a "white" witch or a "black witch? I ask because I personally know 2 self proclaimed witches, one white and one black. I myself am not a witch but I am very interested in there ways. I have read up alot on the Wiccan ways and studied a few spells books and even put a few of them spells to the test. Just have to remember what ever negative magic we use will come back to us 4 fold.

Every action has consequences. Whether it is something most people would call 'bad' or 'good' at face value doesn't take that into account. Threeefold, fourfold, whichever 'law' of return takes a very simplistic view of that. The important thing is to consider your actions carefully, and look at them from all sides, follow a 'flow chart' so to speak and examine the possible outcomes carefully. If you want to classify witches into shades, I suppouse I'm either grey or a houndstooth check!

I was only interested because my Wiccan friend tells me she is a "white" witch, only practiceing good, positive magic..meaning no magic for harm to others or personal gain. Where as another friend of mine considers herself a "black" witch. Her husband will warn you not to make her mad or she will put a curse on you. Both interest me, but I do not practice it, I only love to read up on all magic.

I have a good few spells that have worked for me.
One that surprized me with the results was a ritual that I made up to call feathers to me (which I needed for a dream catcher that I'm making).
I generally follow the rule that you get back as much as you give, so in this spell I braided and cut off three long locks of my hair and six small ones (Because I needed three large feathers and six small ones) and offered it to the winds with some bird seed, expecting to get nine feathers. In two weeks I had fifteen feathers, and in a month twenty-seven feathers had literally flown up to me. Surprised me a lot, but now I don't know what to do with all these feathers! lol, I might try using them in the dream catcher when I finally finish it, but I'm also thinking about making another dream catcher for a friend. I guess we'll see whee

My friend believes it, she'll use channeling and spells, and they work too. She's done simple spells with her older sister. For example, her neice wouldn't stop crying about missing her mum (she'd been crying for around three days), so they used a spell to make her stop crying. Within a minute she stopped crying, and hasn't cried at their home since.

I've only cast a few spells, mainly for guidance and protection, but for me they've all worked. Mainly I just meditation on the desired outcome and offer some cakes and milk to the spirits I invoke.

practiced since I was was 6 I am an apprentice white witch also used by the name of druid I love enchantments it always helps. the church I go to knows I am Celtic and they support my multi belief in god so I am grateful for the hope they grant me. I help purify waters and other things yet I still know how to be fun so no wisdom over my kindness lol cloaking my beliefs is a bad thing

I mostly do can trips like altering image on things protection from certain things I like to use my magic in solitary confinement though the last spell I even casted was of a gray type and that is basically a weather guideline to see what was going on
