ANYONE can be a member of the month, and you can me a MOTM more than once, and even consecutively, if that if who you want to vote for.
The member of the month is awarded to a person in the guild each month, BY the guild members. If you do not cast a vote, you will not be considered to win that month.
How to vote: after at least the 20th of each month you can send cannot kill kijo a PM titled MOTM and just say who you think deserves the title.
Hopefully this coming up month we will have more of a challenge on votes.

For those who want to become a member of the month in the future, and those who need guideline on how to vote on future member of the months here are a few basic rules:
**Activity in the guild: such as number of posts, how often they participate, etc
**charity: donations to the guild, and charity towards other members.
**leadership: not making fights with other members, and having your own little say in the guild in your own way
**other: personality, and how they respond and interact with other people.
