What should we do for graduating to a higher rank ( Genin-Chuunin, Chuunin-Jounin, ect. ) If anyone has any ideas, please say them!

A test?
Mainly like an exam.
But I think we should have the Genin to Chuunin exams before the Chuunin to Jounin exams. So that all the Chuunin's can help with the Genin exams.
Maybe make teams of three Genin's with either a good Chuunin or a Jounin, take them on a mission that isn't life threatening nor way too easy, and when they get back the leaders of the teams say what happened, who did what, and how well or bad the mission went. As well as the regular tests such as how well they can make clones and the rest of the regular jutsu they should know.
As for the Chuunins wishing to be Jounins, they would take a certain test depending on what they wish to do as a Jounin. Like, a certain type of test for all of those who want to be a village gaurd will take a hard test testing their skills. For those who wish to be a sensei, they will have to be tested on how well they are able to teach a team and how well they are able to carry out a mission. Such on and so forth.
I don't have exactly all the idea's of how most of the tests will be like, but I'm working on it.

Those are great ideas. We could definetly put those to work. If you`d like, you could help me with that. Get it together, organised, and set for everyone to take. If you don`t want to, then that`s fine and we`ll see what other plans people have.

We can start right away on it. And glad you like my ideas!
First off; any questions about anything regarding the plans?
Second, I would love to start it as soon as possible... but I have some plans for the summer so it all wouldn't be up and ready to run until either around the end of July or around the first or so of August. I'll still try my best to work as hard as possible, but it'd be great to have you help me with the ideas of what we're going to do.
And third, I've already gotten a lot of things we could do.
If you don't mind, since this was mostly my idea, could I take part in judging the Genin who wish to be Chuunin. I wouldn't need nor want to judge in the Chuunin to Jounin exams because I'll actually be taking part in those to hope to become of Jounin rank.
I'll try to start on getting the main thread up today.

That`s great! Actually, I do have a question, but maybe I should wait and find out for myself, and yes, you may help in the judging. It would be great help! I`m glad you`re taking this seriously, and I will help in any way possible. You will need to tell me what to work on, though, because I am not completly clear on that part.

Well, I havn't quiet figured out yet how on what I'm going to do, actually...
Nor do I know what I should let you help with.
I'll make the main board, and when I get to the point of which I need help, I'll let you know.
