Ok man Im pretty good at basketball.
Might be the best dribbler around. That's because I played soccer before and I practice dribbling with the little ball, so its pretty easy for me to go around people and just confuse them and change pace.
Anyway
I've been having trouble with ENDURANCE.
I get tired pretty easy. And in pressure situations (when there are crowds) I tend to get more tired mroe easily. How do you solve that?

How do you solve that? ah reminds me quite of myself lol except i have horrible ball control Anyways for endurance u should run more everyday. Start off with a mile run and then keep going up. Oh remember run non-stop if u stop find a way to punish yourself like with pushups or something, that should work out fine. As for dealing with pressure u should do the oldest trick in the book, picture the people in their underwear. Lol I'm not joking too. If that doesn't work then just start games off slowly, don't make it seem like the first 5 mins are the last.

About the underwear thing, very interesting. I forgot about that lol. My knees shake and quiver during games though, and I dont perform with anxiety. So I isolate myself, its funny, its almost I hear nothing and just focus on the game. When I make a shot, time stops and when the ball goes through the net the crowd is going wild and your ears feel like popping. I love playing. xd I rarely have time for runs, I've been running all my life but it just seems I have weak lungs.

But the park is at a ghetto neighborhood, so I need to have company, which I don't at 5 in the morning. rofl Yeah basketball's my refuge. Whenever I need to destress I usually go shoot some hoops. But I tend to focus on the game too much yes, forcing shots, but that's me.

Are you playing in a league? Usually your muscles get in the mode if train/workout before the season I think.
Do you do a lot of school/work before games usually?

Do you go through conditioning well? like without dying? cause if u do then u should repeat the process like every week.

Yeah I have a lot of schoolwork. No games/leagues anymore though, no time for it. I just play with a crowd that's all. xD @falcon - I dont work out if that's what you're asking.

thats why you get tired easily, working out builds up your strength and endurance somewhat. before i would last like what just 5 mins running up and down the court a few times (yes i was in horrible condition). after a month or 2 in the gym and boom playing 25-30 mins a game in a 40 min game

I get tired in the first six minutes, then again I was always active on either side of the court. But when Im enjoying the game though, its never tiring. xd I suppose I should work out more, but I always looked at working out to impress the ladies. I dont need abs or muscles to do that. xD
