Lunette walked carefully among the tall grasses in search of finding some flowers. Each step was so carefully placed because she was always afraid of hurting anything, including plants and pests. Lunette stopped and scanned the area with her vibrant gold eyes. What she saw made her light up with joy and excitement, she moved a little closer then stopped in a large bed of bright yellow and red flowers. Lunette sat and watched the flowers move around in the wind as the sun began to set.

Zayn's deep, green eyes scanned the vast grasslands. Miles upon miles of tall grass was all he saw. He yawned in a deep breath of air as he continued to walk in whatever direction his paws would take him. The wind blew silently, as if it wasn't actually there. He had no clue why he was out there. He'd had the urge to land in the soft grass as he was flying over it. Like something compelled him to just walk through the tall stuff. He just let the thought slip from his mind. Why did it matter? He seemed calm and he loved the feeling of being out in a vast open space all alone.

Lunette sniffed the flowers and twittered with excitement. Her ears perked up as her nostrils smelled another aromatic sent, one that she thought she liked. She stood up and stretched out her wings and flapped them once to get her into the air, she looked around and spotted a large pink male. She smiled and glided in the direction of Zayn. Lunette decided to land about 100 ft away from Zayn and think about what she was actually doing.

Zayn's ears twitched as he heard a soft flapping noise. Shaking his head he brushed it off as the sound of a bird taking flight. There couldn't be any one else out here. At least, not in the vicinity of where he was. The grasslands was just too vast to randomly run into someone or something. Or was he wrong? The thought fluttered through his head and an instant later he shoved it out of his mind. He wasn't here to be paranoid. He was here to relax and he'd do it no matter what. He continued to walk in the direction he had been going. However, that thought stuck to the back of his mind, causing him to be on his guard more than he wanted to be at the moment.

Lunette started to walk towards Zayn in hopes of finding someone friendly. Her ears twitched noticing the change in wind direction, which might cause difficulty in taking off if she needed to flee quickly. Lunette stopped again and looked as the setting sun began to dip beyond the horizon. She giggled softly as a couple pieces of grass grazed her belly, he giggle deceived her and she quickly quieted herself.

Zayn's ears twitched yet again. Now he just KNEW he wasn't hearing things. The fur on his back raised and he crouched down a bit. He felt like he was being watched. If there was thing Zayn hated the most it was not being able to see who could see him. His eyes scanned the horizon and there, out in the middle of the grass was a strange looking Eoghan. She was closer than he had actually thought and that made him even more uneasy. And what was with those wings? They looked like...butterfly wings. He blinked his eyes a bit and wondered if the heat was playing tricks on his mind.

Lunette grinned widely as she noticed Zayn, she lept into the air and spread her thin wings and glided ever so slowly towards him. She then realized that if he was not friendly she might be in trouble, she quickly shifted her wings and began her slow descent. "He-hello." She managed to say all of a sudden overcome with fear. Her fur tingled as she waited for the response from the male.

Zayn's ears laid back on his head as the Eoghan took to flying. He moved back a bit as she started to land. His eyes locked on to her every move. "Hi.." Zayn said wearily. As her paws touched the ground his eyes instantly went to her wings. They were so thin and you could see through them. Slowly, his ears went from laying on his head to standing back up. This Eoghan was interesting and he wanted to know more. Though, he was still weary, he was making an effort to not show it.
