Name:Water Style:Clinging Grand Whirlpool Rank:S Users:Scar clan Members Element:water Explanation: A jutsu where the User will Place there sword on the Ground and Begin to do hand signs. as the Handsigns are being done water begins to Rise on the Sword when big enough the user will jump to there sword in the air and grab the handle of there sword and swing it downward toward the opponent. (the rising water is flipped over as you swing your sword creating a Giant whirlpool at the tip of your sword )

What it does:By slaming your sword into the ground you gain the following specal ability depending on your rank:
D-Rank Does not fire a laser but causes a shockwave
C-Rank Fires one laser
B-Rank Shoots a fire ball
A-Rank Shoots 3 laser's
S-Rank Shoots Fire sphere
Your sword gains all these affect's as you move up in ranks.( lasers travel long range-fire travels short range )

What it does: When Kameto place's a hand on any tree he has grown himself he is able to place a seal on it, with this seal he can instantl teleport to that said tree(like my own version of flying thunder god)
Jutsu name:Mokuton Daisan no Me - The Third Eye

What it does:Allows Kameto to create wooden eyes on tree's that appear to be simple acorns hanging. Unlike gaara's technique this jutsu doesnot require you to use one of your already existing eye's.

What it does: Similar to bursting water collision waves, this jutsu summons water from a small fish that is summoned and begins to pour water from its mouth, but unlike the other technique, this water is infused with chakra that was added to it earlier, meaning it cannot simply be evaporated by fire, blown away by wind, or frozen by ice, because it can be controlled and has such a high consentration of chakra.
